Finished the third practice for today. 🥳 For some reason this one was hard today on the shoulders ans wrists. BUT at the same time I also felt much stronger during the longer holds. Finishing dead, but happy. 😄 See you on the mat tomorrow! 🙏
week 4 day 4, this is so complete, from the warm up of the shoulder and abs and the stretching to create flexibility! great practice to get closer to a scary pose ( I'm so afraid to fall down!) , I'll definitely do it until I'll feel confident with this pose! new goal!! thanks
I literally screeched and closed my eyes when you ask us to change our weight to our arms 😂 I thought I was gonna fall and my mom thought something happened 😅 But for my first time trying this, it was very challenging and fun 😋 Definitely trying this again 💖

Hello Natalie !! thank you very much for this feedback !! I appreciate it ! I believe that once your body is ready - you will find a few seconds of balance. Yes, after that it is important to learn about technique and alignment. But if your body is not ready all of that will help. So practice and the rest will come.

Ahhh! My shoulders were screaming for puppy pose this entire video! So happy you ended with it! I really appreciate how you encourage and acknowledge the hard parts...sometimes I feel alone that I am "not there yet" and it is nice to have reminders it may be hard even for you but you just keep pushing through. Suuuuuper!!! the planks always is a challenge and i understand now why we need core workout is part to achieve the handstands, with all exercises in this practice i notice how to handstand and how can be each time better, so i ll practice often this one, i know i can do it , but i have to work in lose the fear of falling ahahaha
Fear of falling is absolutely fine !!! You will fall. Everyone falls. I had a scary fall. But most of the times it was fine !!! You will get there !! I am happy you love this practice !!

Very challenging especially after the 10 minute abs workout! But I love the combination in each class, they’re very well put, Marina! Like always, I enjoyed the whole handstand prep practice. I wanted to share something: I can never touch my elbows with my toes transitioning from donward facing dog and keeping my legs straight and hovering above the floor, my knees tend to bend so I always do the knee to elbow touch instead. I hope it’s okay. Or if you have any tips that can help me do that, I’ll be happy! ❤️ day 4 of week 4 done ✅
Oh Marina, my wrists and shoulders were screaming very loud towards the end.. 😅 So I had to make some modifications. I totally felt my weak spots, so I'll definitely come back to this one to strengthen them. 😍💪 Thank you for another great practice! 🙏 Just one question: around 26:06 (entering pancake stretch) you say "giving a little more attention to the flexibility part of this pose". I'm not sure what you're referring to as the flexibility part of pancake stretch/what I'm supposed to focus on?
Oh so I was saying that handstands are not only about strength but flexibility as well. So we need to work on our forward folds ! That is why we did seated forward fold AND pancake stretch. Thank you for asking to clarify !!!
