The original plan was to make it a daily on 33s and a locker or two. But with some life things happening it may start with just a 3 inch block lift for now and be a slow build. We would like to take it to rausch creek on green trails and easy blue trails before the end of the year.
put 31s (265 65 r18) on my 08 colorado and only have rubbed once at full lock. still gonna put a 2.5 in lift on tho just so i never have to worry abt it
Hey buddy to get that clear coat off the wheels just use oven cleaner.. spray ot on wait about 2 minutes and just wipe it off waa laa all clean.. just dont get it on the tires tho tape them off or cover the rubber..
was i watching a video of club XJ? :) i put 33s on a stock wore out 90 xj an they were rub from the drop, so i went with 31s, still rubbed, put a 3.5 very rough country lift and still rubs on the front and those ironman tires, youre gonna hate them, i bought a set of 31x10.50x15s and they have about 3K on them and about not to pass inspection they are so wore out, they are junk. gad they were only 400 for a set of 4. i run about 20 psi in them cause i only use it for the beach and i live a couple blocks from the beach so they see as much pavement as sand and still wore out fast.
@@JeepinDaily Awesome, my XJA has the original stock suspension on it and I've been looking into tire sizes and it's nice to know that they'll fit on stock
Thank you for not replying with 20 minutes of bs, before getting to your point.. Which is what I expected.. And yes, I don’t have to watch.. And I won’t.. Have a wonderful day..

Good to see your old xj doing some work. Would like to see it go offroad again. Keep the videos coming.
How far are you all going to go with the girfriends xj? I would love to see the xjs together on the trails.

92 XJ 31" tires with a 3.5" IRO lift and I'm miles away from rubbing.
