Our customer loved the Denali by Timbercraft Tiny Homes, but she wanted a builder closer to home in Texas - so we worked up this custom design inspired by the Denali.

I do love this model. Great job guys. May I suggest one thing though. It does get a little hard to fully take in the aspects of the home because there is a lot of moving around of the camera. I think if when you get in a section like an area or a room just hold it steady and talk and it would make it easier to be able to take in the scenery. Just my opinion but overall I’m liking the models
I think my favourite thing about your homes is how different they are for every customer. I especially love the kitchen and bathroom in this one ~ compact yet comfortable with everything in there

We've only built one with a balcony, but we are currently building one with a roof top deck! Photos & video coming in about a month.

I like this home 🏡, I was hesitant when I read on goggle where I saw it there was a loft. I prefer no stairs but those aren't bad. If I could customize it for me no doggie doors needed. I would like a double sink. I like the exterior color of the two doors 🚪. I think that's all the changes I would make. The living room is small looks like it hopefully can accommodate a love seat.

This one is much better than the one with the bigger tub. Love it except I have a smaller deck and more space in that living room.

The good thing about building custom is that you can combine your favorite parts of each house to make your perfect home! That's what many of our customers will do. They will bring us photos of elements they love from other tiny homes (whether we built them or not) and we will put them all together!

Wow, that bathroom is really equipped with places to tucking away all those pesky clutter items and a fold up seat in the shower to help with doing your shaving and feet, you get another , wow.

I want one just like this one but with sand colored doors and no doggie door. It would be perfect for me and my 3 furbabies. Perfect size and has everything you need in that design. Just awesomeness through and through .

Good question! All of our homeowners are different so sometimes they put the TV down lower. We put it wherever they ask us to!

Can this be 10’ to 10 1/2’ wide instead of 8.5’ wide?
Yes ma’am! We are a totally custom builder so we can build however you like! 10’4” is the max before there are more road restrictions so that’s as wide as we go.

@@pamherndon9345 You can hire a long-haul delivery company to take our homes anywhere in the country. Some delivery companies will set up the home and sometimes you have to hire a local mobile home or tiny home company to help with set up. The FAQ page on our website has a link to more info about delivery.

What is the price range??
@@pianodon prices for delivery depend on the size of the home and how far it's going but it can be anywhere from $3-$6 per mile.
For home pricing we keep the most current numbers updated at our website so they are always available in one place. The video description has instructions for using our pricing calculator for this size and floor plan.

Although it is nice; it is not a tiny home because it’s more than 8x20 or at the least 8x16 so that it could be towable I don’t think I would be able to tow it around any way!!!!!

They were built per the specifications from the homeowner to accommodate her tiny dogs.
I think they got crate & kennel confused. Those are crate sized areas as kennels have attached dog run typically. Just misworded I believe.

THE WORST video I have ever tried to watch. How many times she kept pointing the camera up to show the decorative ceiling while he's talking about kitchen features. I tried to figure how big the pop up ledge was in the L/R but the camera just kept rolling around. I hope your skills have improved. I actually looked you up on the net for more info. Your work looks pretty good compared to others ... except for that truly ugly turquoise painted interior. All of which, I know, the customer chose.
