This is nice! I’d prefer a window in the bathroom and in the kitchen a dishwasher with more counter space. But all in all the plan seems very livable!! Love the stand up loft bedrooms with closet space!
Love the light fixtures and fans! As someone else mentioned, not much space for cooking. It could do with another 24" x 44" bar at 90 degrees at the end of the kitchen, maybe with a 16 x 20 rolling cart with flip-up end to use as an island when cooking. Just a little space for coffeepot/ an appliance on top.
I love this model! I would make a couple changes because I feel I would need more counter space in the kitchen. I love the color choices this customer picked as well! Except for the bathroom. I will be picking a light terra cotta color and a slightly different layout in the bathroom.
This layout seems roomier than I thought. Although I was looking at the pioneer, I may have to reassess how that works . As always thanks for sharing you guys!
Can you please consider doing what Shay does to her tiny houses; she sells the license and plans to tiny home companies who aren't in New Zealand, so people living in other countries can have her houses. I prefer your lovely tiny homes more, but there is nothing as gorgeous as that in England. The tiny homes here rarely have a walking space on the 1st floor and when they do you can still band your head because ceiling is a sharp triangle.
Yes we sell our plans and can license however many builds the builder wants to do! You just tell us the house you Want to recreate and we can send the plans digitally to print out. You also get spread sheets with materials’ lists, cut sheets & budgets you can plug your own numbers into to figure up costs. You can contact us through any of the avenues at the link below & we will prepare your files for the house you want to build. www.IndigoRiverTinyHomes.com/contact Thanks for watching our channel! ✌️❤️🏠
I like the spacious living, kitchen , and dinning space. However I would like to see some upper cabinets in the kitchen, as well as more counter space. A kitchen window is not really that important, I'd give that up for cabinet space. I do like the stand up loft bedroom. I'd likely change the color of the bathroom, don't really care for yellowy green.
Just the bathroom! You can come to one of our Open Houses to walk around in our stand-up loft/bathroom configuration and see how it works. www.indigorivertinyhomes.com/events ✌️❤️🏠
Nice! Making tiny for someone who has kid(s) Love the kitchen but needs dishwasher and full sized fridge. Rather have pull out in the stairs. Also German shepherd sized dog door. Lol.
I'd rather have a kitchen at one end, so it's an actual kitchen you can cook and bake in with plenty of counter space. Galley kitchens have more to them.
Yes! We’ve built quite a few “U” shaped kitchens and our open house guests always drool over them. They will say, “this kitchen is bigger than the one in my apartment!” Contact us here when you’re ready to get started on your designs! You can take our plans to a local builder, or we can build your home if you like. Happy New Year! www.indigorivertinyhomes.com/contact
Thanks for the complement. Unfortunately costs for materials, labor, insurance etc. have all gone so high it is pricing many folks out of the market. 💔😢 (Hyperinflation has been BRUTAL on our business. We are only still in business by the grace of God.) Also we build 100% in the US (no outsourcing like some manufacturers) with top quality materials, the best tiny house trailers you can buy & craftsman quality construction practices so our prices reflect everything that goes into building a high quality home. I wish there was a way to build high quality, custom homes at a lower price but I’m afraid this is the “new economy.” Unless there is some sort of crash where materials are suddenly 1/2 the cost they are now, I don’t see prices going down any time soon. Thanks for watching and God bless! ✌️❤️🏠
Not yet - I just got the photos back from retouching so I’ll be able to add it this week. Then I’ll link it to the description of the video. Thanks for watching! ✌️❤️🏠
@@IndigoRiverTinyHomes Of course that makes sense. I’ll keep my eye out. Another silly question, is this a model that will be available to make an appointment to walk through? I appreciate your time!
If it’s over 8.5’ you have to add an oversized load sign & flags to the corners but you don’t need a “lead & follow vehicle” as long as it’s under 10’4”. You’re also supposed to get a permit from the DOT of any state you’re driving through. Those permits are about $30-$50 per state.
Sorry - slide outs are the one thing we don’t do (or recommend). We’ve seen too many slide outs that get stuck open (or closed) and/or leak eventually. 🤷🏻♀️ Structural integrity & making a home that lasts is more important to us. We can build the home wider if you need more space. ✌️❤️🏠
It’s sold, but we can build one like it. Prices still change pretty frequently so we keep all the most current prices at our website. Link is in the video description. Thanks for watching! ✌️❤️🏠
I think she’s bringing some furniture for that. Maybe an island that rolls out of the way when not in use. She has an open living/dining space so she can bring her own furniture.
I think I would rather have a window over the commode then that cabinet because you have the extra linen cabinet beside it a window would be better off 4 ventilation

I love this model but can't get past the kitchen. There are just no cabinets. If you could figure out a way to fix that......! I just don't like floating open shelving in the kitchen
i don't hate it but the shower shoved in the corner when theres an entire empty wall across from the toilet is all bad. you could have had the vanity facing the toilet on that wall and had either a larger walk in shower or even a tub across the whole wall with a normal door or curtain and plenty of space to still move around. other than that the design is great
The whole idea to living tiny is AFFORDABILITY. THEY ARE GETTING RIDICULOUS WITH THE PRICES. And let's not forget how hard it is still to this day to find a place to put it.
Yes unfortunately we are not immune to the hyperinflation of the last 5 years. 💔 So the rising cost of everything that goes into the house (materials, labor, insurance etc.) plus the fact that most folks are ordering larger & fancier tinies has increased the prices sharply. (Alexis from Tiny Home Expedition just made a good video about this topic.) In Texas we’re lucky that there are many options for parking a THOW & this website has a map of over 30 communities where you can rent a lot! www.dfwtiny.com Or you can purchase land in the country and put a THOW anywhere outside of the city limits. Indigo River is the master of useful loft space, no one else compares. But putting the door over the wheel well wastes a crazy amount of kitchen space. They have done better than this.
Thanks for watching Wkmor. Customers choose where they want their front door balanced by their other needs/wants. Everything is a tradeoff in a tiny house. ✌️❤️🏠
That step down immediately upon entry is dangerous. I cannot fathom why the builders thought that was a good idea. That kitchen is not idea with limited counter space. The color of that bathroom is off-putting for me as I hate that color of yellow.
I think I would rather have a window over the commode then that cabinet because you have the extra linen cabinet beside it a window would be better off 4 ventilation
That bathroom is fantastic for a tiny home!
Like it. Would change a few things to suit me, mainly more of a kitchen.
I love this floor plan. It seems like so much space for the living area and kitchen. Without compromising storage. ❤
Really love this build, except for the color in that bathroom! Wish i could afford one. You two are truly the nicest people.
This is nice! I’d prefer a window in the bathroom and in the kitchen a dishwasher with more counter space. But all in all the plan seems very livable!! Love the stand up loft bedrooms with closet space!

That's the perfect house layout!!
Love it, it's spacious!!❤❤❤
I really love this one!! The staircases are perfect! Size, location, storage etc. Just very beautiful overall! ❤️
Very nice y'all, I love it. Thank you both for the tour. God bless y'all and your daughter. 🤗
Thanks for always bringing such a beautiful vibe to our channel Mary! ❤️ May God bless you & keep you always! See you next time! 😘

Great craftsmanship! Every video I watch gives me great ideas for my next move into my tiny home.

Yes this homeowner is bringing her own rolling carts/prep space!
Nice layout. Even though I prefer a downstairs bedroom, this just may be manageable for many older people.
Better and better with every build!
Thanks so much! 🙌
Love your craftsman 🤩
It’s amazing the difference the bit of extra width makes.
Gorgeous as always from you guys 😊
Totally awesome!!! Probably going to get one. I just don't want built in beds at all. Good to go if you can get it without that.
I love the functional floor plan. The stairs make a big difference and do wonders for the living space. Thanks, for the endless possibilities.

Putting stove next to the fridge is a big no-no, as they make each other work harder, thus, they will die out manybtrs faster.

You do build the best, Peter, but the price is unaffordable for those on Social Security. I would buy one in a heartbeat if I could aford it. 😔

Finally a 2 bedroom I can look to.

How do you tow at 10 foot wide!? I thought 8 was the max without going wideload

Very little kitchen bench space. Still a nice home.
I believe the homeowner has furniture she's bringing.
She's even got space for a kitchen island in the middle there if she wanted one!
What was the kitchen bench? Are you referring to the TABLE? If so, that's crazy. It looks like it can seat four.
@@lemurianchick what they mean by "kitchen bench" is the countertop
7:06 Would like Smaller sink and bigger counter sink. Where's to roll of tiolet paper in the bathroom near the toilet?
