Interesting timing…. There significant chain supply issues with construction supplies and lumber 😕 new house construction are experiencing big delays. Good luck to the homeowners that will be stuck with projects

Most of those places are rentals. Landlords aren't putting any extra into their units.

Well here in Saint Paul, if you boost curb appeal, your property taxes go up exponentially. Really you are better off parking junker cars on your lawn.
