Well, to be honest. This one section of the comments on the podcast seems downright racist. I presume that you wouldn't come up with such an ingeniously drawn conclusion of a person's hygiene (since doing that would involve many more of your senses and not just one) if it was for some alabaster, seemingly above average looking person still not having bathed for months. #wethink #beforewespeak

good episode... FYI China gate was not India's expendables ( 5:25). It was supposed to be a remake of Seven Samurai by Akira Kurosawa. It turned out to be something else but this was the original intention though.

Kiran Mahato Agni Sakshi plays on TV quite often, and man does it pass the test of time. Still same level of creepy.

That kahaani villian was Saswata Chatterjee. He deserves more meaty characters in Bollywood. He is a insanely good actor.
Thanks varun for mentioning Heath Ledger. Even though it was a bollywood villain podcast. That role was way too epic to not have been mentioned even once. Also maybe you can do a dc/marvel villains as well. Or simply Hollywood villains.

I actually described "silsila hai pyar ka" to a rapt audience just a few weeks back. Wasn't the cryogenic freezing thing similar to the movie Perfume, where they extracted the essence of humans.
U missed ronit roy. Movie is udaan, boss, and many more. I think he is one of the best actor who can pull off a negetive and supporting role in any movie.

i hv to mention Amrish Puri for his role as General Dong...shom shom shom shaamo shaa shaa, which is also my phones ringtone. Also, a comic villain , Paresh Rawal as Pinki in the movie Daud. Just hilarious when he plays antakshari in a BEST bus. Amole Gupte also played a short role in Phas gaye re Obama as Dhananjay Singh. I find all the villains from 80s to 90s had charisma , sheer display of evil, lust, anger, malice and a bit more.Cheers.

The kahani movie’s villain was Bob Biswas played by Saswata Chatterjee. He is a very accomplished actor from Bengali films. That Bob Biswas really gave me the creeps.
The movie that Neville talks about , the one with Karishma Kapoor. I've seen a movie with the exact same storyline but the villain was Sunil Shetty, freezing his victims cryogenically.
One of the best comic villains in Hindi movies was nana Patekar in Welcome. Just amazing comedy. Brilliant actor.
So a few that I think you missed out on: Sanjay Dutt’s Kancha in the Agneepath remake; Pran; Prem Chopra - who started off his career as a villain; Jeevan; all the female villains, in particular Lalita Pawar & Manorama; and Kay Kay Menon.
Also kudos to Neville for bringing up Silsila Hai Pyaar Ka - Jabhal Khargoshi was freaky af. (Suniel Shetty played a similar character in Baaz, also starring Karisma Kapoor: m.th-cam.com/video/mWfcKlubxc8/w-d-xo.html)

Would like to add one of Bomen Irani's best villainous performance "Eklavya". Though his role was short but his psychotic, angry performance was memorable to me.
Ajay devgan was menacing in Khaki and Deewangi (though it was copy).
Also, do an extension of this podcast with female antagonists. You need to make it equal guys.

You guys should add posters and pictures of movies and people talk about . That will make it more engaging for younger people like me
When you mention any character/actor/villain etc just display his/her picture for few seconds so that it is easier to comprehend.
Like I had to pause your podcast and search for that character on net like Bib Christo, that sadak villain , that krypton villain etc.

The name of the movie with the krypton bomb was " Waqt Hamara Hai" and the guy who played the villain was Rami Reddy not Kala Shetty!

The light eyed villain that you guys are talking about is Gavin Packard. Indian of Irish descent. Did a bunch of Malayalam movies as well. Died in obscurity in 2012 en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gavin_Packard

China Gate villain is Jageera not Bagheera :P Bagheera is the panther in Jungle Book. Also, Krypton bomb movie is Waqt hamara hai.
I like your videos. I'd like to suggest doing an episode on Comedians in English movies as main stream heroes and their acting in other non comical roles.

So there was a time when there were all smuggler villains and then there were the rapist villains, there are some family (father chacha type) villains and then there are the psycho lover villains and all. Must be so many categories I missed. Make a podcast on that.
That 'Cat Eyed' villain guy's name is Gavin Packer. He died couple of years ago unfortunately.
