What size were the torx bolts? E10? Or e11?

If you've changed the thermostat in your Vauxhall Corsa but the radiator fans are still running constantly, there could be a few potential reasons for this:
Faulty Temperature Sensor: The issue might not be with the thermostat itself but rather with the temperature sensor that signals to the fans when to turn on and off. If the sensor is faulty or sending incorrect readings, it could cause the fans to run continuously.
Electrical Issue: There could be an electrical problem causing the fans to receive a constant signal to run. This could be due to a wiring issue or a malfunctioning relay.
Air Pocket in the Cooling System: Sometimes, when the cooling system is not properly bled after a thermostat replacement, air pockets can form. These air pockets can interfere with the proper operation of the thermostat and cause the fans to run continuously.
Incorrect Thermostat Installation: While you mentioned you've changed the thermostat, it's possible that it wasn't installed correctly or that the new thermostat is also faulty.
Coolant Level: Check the coolant level in your radiator and expansion tank. If the coolant level is low, it can cause the engine to run hotter than normal, triggering the fans to run continuously.
It's best to double-check the thermostat installation to ensure it's correctly fitted and functioning properly. If everything seems to be in order, you may need to have the temperature sensor and the cooling system checked by a mechanic to diagnose and resolve the issue.
