A very interesting movie. My friend, who runs his own channel about air guns, recently bought a Langley in the short pistol version, but he was terribly disappointed. the gun releases air through the barrel and it also comes out through the piston system. The chronograph shows only 74 meters per second when shooting, so you can't shoot even at 10 yards. I don't know if they all have this, or I just got a defective one. Generally speaking, a gun of this size, with such a large cylinder, should easily reach over 130 meters per second, over 450 fps and even 10 Jules. For .177 caliber, of course. Is the case with Hatsan Supercharger and Hammerli Firehornet as well as Diana LP8 Magnum. I have to send my friend your video because he will probably take his gun apart and repair it. Greetings from Poland.
I would think that the Grove at the bottom of the barrel would probably keep the polymer sleeve from spinning on the barrel if it should ever become loose
I love the Black Ops Langley, it's so well made, good materials and it's very accurate. I modified mine a bit and gave it the look of a VSS Vintorez, even built a similar stock. To be honest, the trigger isn't good. You can adjust it with a screw but that doesn't make much difference. I hope I can find a replacement trigger that I can install. Does anyone know if there's a good trigger that I could install with a bit of tinkering? Mine has a good 11 joules of power out of the box.
