Thank you for such a detailed review of epicardial pacing wires! When you talk about 2 different QRS morphologies that can appear as a result of lower mA capturing the cathode only (18:52 timestamp), are the wires acting like unipolar wires? I guess I'm trying to understand the pacing difference when only the cathode has capture but not the anode.
Love it thanks Dr Cooper! Question: Why is the threshold/output of a TPW measured in mA whereas the threshold/output of a permanent pacing lead measured in mV? Has always puzzled me.
Dr. Cooper, I am a RN who would love to specialize in mapping AND learning everything there is to know about arrythmias and how to care for my cardiac patients. I am thinking about going to PrepMD, are there any programs you recommend?

"It was extremely good and informative. I appreciate your hard work and your efforts to help others.
Absolutely love your lecture
Amazing video as always! Golden resource for cardiology fellows
Sir plz , lecture on
conduction system pacing ...
Thanks for wonderful lectures ...🎉
Thank you Dr Cooper I was able to explain to new RN cardiothoracic unit how to see and relate , leads and locations ..!!!
Thank you very much! Excellent presentation, very useful and practical tips!
Wonderful presentation. Thank you so much Dr.Cooper
Excellent lection as per usual! Thank you very much!

fantastic Video!!
@@MurrayCoetzee thank you so much! So glad you found it helpful
Thanx for sharing! A question: why is the changing morphology not a anodal stimulation?
@@kountchev1 It *is* anodal stimulation. Maybe i didn't explain it well ☹️
