I have worked with excellent electrophysiologists and EP technicians, who unfortunately did not have the ability to teach. I wish I had seen your lectures in a much earlier stage of my EP career since you have an extraordinary talent for teaching. THANK you very much! Your videos are an inspiration to EP.
Thank you, Dr.Cooper ! This is beautifully done. Decided to apply to EP and not IC after watching your videos. Can’t wait for devices timing and different operations.
There is no better compliment than that! Different specialties suit different people, but we can only consider areas we are exposed to during our training, whether that is in-person exposure or remote. It is such an honor to be able to inspire you through this medium!
I think this video is sensational. I’m not in medical field (I wished) but I am hobbyist very interested in arrhythmia and ecg and this video is such a tremendous material and explanation. Thank you doctor.
This is very well explained, thank you! I'm a techie in arrhythmia software and all of your videos have been an excellent resource in catching up on some fundamentals.
Thank you, Dr. Cooper. I love how you apply the basic principle and logic to explain various phenomena. I now understand better about BiV timing and how you can assess individual contribution from RV/LV leads and native conduction by looking at EKG. Beautifully done!
Thank you Dr Cooper. Truly excellent electrophysiological and anatomic explanations of different phenomena. The only part that I would have wished to be a bit more in depth is on how to localise the origin of a pvc based on surface EKG. Will definitely explore more of your very educational videos. Thank you again.
Hi Dr Copper, please could I request a more detailed lecture on PVC localisation and maybe some examples to go through? There’s quite a few combinations and I’d like to see if there are some common themes of various types (axis, precordial dominance etc). Thank you
Doctor I also have a question. If you have SVT with aberration, would it mean the normal (after sinus rhythm is restored) ecg should show LBBB or RBBB morphology? Or can you have aberrated SVT without regular ecg showing any block? Thank you 🙏
No, just because SVT has aberrancy doesn't mean sinus rhythm also will. Each bundle branch has a recovery time (aka refractory period), and a heart rate that exceeds a certain critical rate can show aberrancy. This is called a "rate-related bundle branch block" and can result in aberrancy during tachycardia even while sinus has a narrow QRS.
One of the best ekg basic tutorial animation
I got here from your comment on a Twitter thread. And now I'm watching this video at 4am. Sleep is for the weak! Absolutely loving your lecture!
The Best EP channel on TH-cam.. No doubt
This is by far the best and most comprehensive video explaining EKGs I have ever seen! Thank you, Dr. Cooper!
Always
We cannot overstate the importance of truly understanding basic principles ! the phenomenal Dr Cooper
Brilliant lecture. Please continue to release these clinical focussed lectures.

The most comprehensive video explaining ECGS,thank you, keep going
This is the best lecture on this topic i ever came across... thanks a ton sir
This video is handy for understanding different practical scenarios and their combinations. Thank you, Dr. Cooper!

Absolutely fantastic! Once again thank you for taking the time to explain this so well. You are a gifted and wonderful teacher
Phenomenal video. It's great learning when someone is doing such an amazing job explaining these concepts. Also the graphics helped a lot. Thank you!
Glad you liked it!
Congratulations, excellent presentation covering all aspects of ECG tracings, especially CRT and His pacing.
Wow , Waiting for these videos nearly 7 months . I wish more electrophysiology videos would also be broadcasted
Thank you Joshua, missed your videos. EKG was what I was missing most :)
Ths you for sharing, after watching all the video I do understand deeper about QRS and wide QRS tachycardia in an easy way.
how did I not know about this Copper before I graduated. I should have been very far with EKG. Now I will be able to catch up. Thank you so much.
I did not listen or read before like this very informative lecture, Thank you so much dear professor .
Thank you for such wonderful and thorough presentation.
This video is so great! Thank you, Dr.Cooper!
I saw some of your videos! All of them are very useful to me, Dr.Cooper! Do you have any video about SVT and how to differentiate some kinds of them?
This vedio was extremely good and informative. I appreciate your hard work and your efforts to help others.

PVC localization will be a future topic!! Thanks for the kind note!
Great video, I'll definitely be adapting some of this to my own talks!
Thanks so much!! And feel free to make suggestions for improvements or supplements!
This is very informative. Thank you.
Great presentation. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!

@@dr.joshuacooper-arrhythmia9917 Love the response, thank you.
SUPER PRESENTATION
Excellent job
Un vrai tour de force. Merci.
Invaluable
awesome
Thank you.
thank you!!!!
You promised me a vid on PVC Localization😂
