Number of UK people with heart rhythm condition rises by 50% in a decade
    www.bhf.org.uk/what-we-do/new...
Atrial fibrillation, 1.5 million sufferers in the UK
    1milloin in 2013 - a 50% rise over the decade.
One in 45 people in the UK
Five times more likely to stroke, potentially fatal or life-changing
Believed to contribute to one in five strokes
Estimated, at least another 270,000 people undiagnosed
    (= 1,770,000)
    Symptoms of atrial fibrillation
    Palpitations
    Breathlessness
    Dizziness
    Paroxysmal
Our medical director Professor Sir Nilesh Samani
These figures show a quite astonishing rise in the number of people diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.
Research has helped us understand the links between atrial fibrillation and stroke
We also need to continue to harness the power of science to develop new and innovative tools for identifying people at increased risk
    BHF
The figures have been released as we launch a new campaign calling on the public to support our research
The campaign aims to inspire people’s wonder at the complexity and preciousness of their own hearts and how lifesaving research can help if it goes wrong.
    Questions
What was the rate of increase or change in prevalence during 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023?
Has the increase been correlated with any particular factors that have changed between 2019 and 2023?
What is the strength of any possible correlations?
Is there temporality with possible correlations?
Is there a plausible mechanism to explain correlations?
How do UK figures of increased AF relate to other countries?
Are there any common factors that connect potential changes across differing countries?

See a GP or call 111 if:
    • you have chest pain that comes and goes
    • you have chest pain that goes away quickly but you're still worried
    • you notice a sudden change in your heartbeat
    • your heart rate is consistently lower than 60 or above 100 (particularly if you're experiencing other symptoms of atrial fibrillation, such as dizziness and shortness of breath)
It's important to get medical advice to make sure it's nothing serious.

My husband (60s) and son-in-law (40s) both developed Afib last fall. Both were treated at the same well-respected university hospital here in the US. Neither was ever asked if they had had the virus or the 💉. When questioned about the potential cause, obesity, drinking, and sleep apnea were cited. When we pointed out that none of these applied to my husband (it should have been obvious that obesity wasn’t an issue 🙄), age was blamed. The doctors insisted that no data was being collected to determine if AFib was on the rise even though this was a research institution. Any mention of the virus or the 💉 clearly made staff uncomfortable and resulted in a quick change of topic. Drugs were promptly prescribed and promptly made both of them feel terrible. We had to push for a cardioversion for my husband, and my son-in-law required an ablation. It was obvious that the medical staff had been instructed not to draw even possible parallels between AFib and you-know-what. Again, this was at a highly respected university hospital.

Here in NZ I have been to the hospital 3 times now with AF. With all the symptoms described here. I have even taken a printout I had recorded. Each time they have done blood tests and confirmed I had not had a heart attack or a stroke. Then I'm told, go back to my GP. The last time I left the hospital still with chest pains. I was told this is the emergency dept, go back to my GP. It looks like they would rather I had a heart attack or stroke, then they will sort that out, assuming I'm not already dead. It then takes 2/3 weeks for a GP appointment. He then writes to the hospital for an appointment in 2-6 months. How things have changed.

Hi Michael, I have add atrial fibrilation. I had changed from a calcium magnesium supplement to magnesium only supplement for quite a while. I did not want to risk kidney stones. Especially athletes have changed to magnesium as magnesium is sweated out and results in muscle cramps. Magnesium only allows calcium to deplete. Chest pains and racing heart was with me for about 3 years.I went back to calcium magnesium with an extra calcium only tablet only at night. All fibrilation disappeared. I thought I was a goner sooner rather than later but I am back to normal.

You describe my symptoms to a Tee! Five days after the first dose, I was in the hospital. Four days after the second dose I was again in t he Hospital. I trusted the system and the insistence the jab was safe and effective. I did not make the connection then. When I went the cardiologist, he asked when my heart rate started to change. After thinking a bit, "Right after the Vaccine". He shot back, "That is impossible!"

Never had heart rhythm problems. Six months after my #2 jab, my heart rate had dropped into the 40's. My doctor only gave me an ECG, said nothing, and sent me on my way. Six months later, I wound up in urgent care with a HR in the 20's. I was immediately sent to ER, and next day a pacemaker was put in. I have no doubt that the jab was the cause. On the last part of 2020, my brother got Covid, but had hardly any symptoms. When the injections came out he took the AZ one. Months later, he started having fainting spells. After some studies he was diagnosed with AF, Brudaga Syndrome and was implanted a Fibrilator. He is 68, fit and we have no familial history of cardiac problems. Later he had some pain by the clavicle area, an ultrasound revealed a clot. The times we live in...mysterious statistics and vague numbers on medical articles.

In 2020 I had a mild case of flu like symptoms. With plenty of over the counter medications and paracetamol I manage to weaken its effects on me. But the strangest thing happened then my heart went haywire. I had no history of heart issues. Never worried about it but fast heart rate began attacking me. At the time there was no link between COVID and heart problems. No information on what I was experiencing. Now we know better. Even mild COVID can be lethal to the heart and that is frightening. Much better now after some changes to lifestyle and diet. But COVID is a systemic disease that attacks every single organ in the body. I am not surprised that deaths have been higher than normal at all. Mild COVID is just as deadly as full COVID.

So unless they said on his death cerificate it was the vaccine you are sadly guessing which is understandable because you are trying to make sense of your brothers sudden death. My fit/healthy 50 yo (at the time) husband had a mild stroke 10 weeks after his first AZ shot in early 2021. At my insistence (I’m not jabbed), he asked the neurologist and cardiologist if the stroke could be related to the jab. They were very quick (too quick) to categorically assure him that it wasn’t the jab. A loop recorder was implanted in his chest and he was sent home.
At such an early point in the vaccine rollout, they could not have known with sun unflinching certainty that it wasn’t jab related. They were playing my husband/me for fools.

I am a former RN. I got a "virus" in late 2019 before we knew what it was ( November), and it caused my heart to go into AFib! I had no history of any heart conditions and I was not on any medications of any kind. My ejection fraction went down to 35% and I had a fever and a persistent cough. I was in ICU for five days and in Cardiac Care for two more. Since then I have been on a blood thinner,(Apixiban) a beta-blocker (Metoprolol), and Losartan for blood pressure. My bloodwork was good except for an increased white count and a fever. I also had a left bundle branch block and was in heart failure. I had just turned 65. It was all quite a shock. I was in normal sinus rhythm until Feb 2022 when I was found to be back in AFib at a routine follow-up visit with my Cardiologist. I have been in and out of AFib since then. My ejection fraction went back up to 55 in 2019 after the initial hospital stay and after the virus subsided. Last February it went down to 45. The concern is has it gone back up since then? I can have an Echocardiogram in early November and it is planned for then. If I get short of breath or feel I am picking up fluid then I will contact my Cardiologist. I seem to only pick up fluid in my abdomen and not in my ankles when or if it occurs which has not occurred since I was in hospital. Some days like today I feel great, but once in a while not so great, and all since I got the virus. I am in the USA.

When I was in my 30’s after a hysterectomy I started having regular palpitations & was on metropolol for a year or two & it resolved. My housemate is on metropolol so he ran me one & I took it. I believed it saved my life. This was during the “heyday” of COVID & my doctor’s was closed for months(really insane). I could hardly think so calling 911 wasn’t on my radar. I know you can’t tell paramedics, nurses or doctors what you need even if it causes you increased pain, distress & even death. I know our healthcare system too well. Egos are a HUGE problem. Anyway I’ve been on it & am quite terrified to every go off of it. Even tho I’m not a chronic user of pharmaceuticals. But I really felt like I was dying- like nothing I had ever felt before & I have an extensive health history despite trying to minimize my visits. I’ve fainted once in the past & it didn’t phase me because I believed I was dehydrated & had moved too quickly from a sitting position years ago. This was entirely different. i went in for a regular check-up early last December. My dr. noticed my weight was up, my blood pressure was very high, and my pulse was very high and irregular. He recommended I go to the emergency room to get checked out. They diagnosed me with Afib. By evening I could not walk 20 feet without my pulse exceeding 150. I was started on multiple heart medications, and had a cardioversion procedure. An ECG detected I also had heart failure. The cardiac team put me on dietary, salt, and water restrictions. They recommended a minimum amount of exercise daily, and I went to cardiac rehab for a month. Yesterday I had a follow-up appointment. My BP was low, my pulse was low (still a bit of Afib, though), and my heart failure had improved markedly. Thank you cardiac team! I'm hoping for continued improvement in my heart condition in the coming months. The question that came to mind right from the onset was did the covid virus or vaccine contribute to this condition? The fact that the government agencies aren't releasing any information about the timing of the Afib increase seems very telling.

Whereas, old folk illnesses..eg..Parkinson, Dementia, Alzheimer, Ramsay Hunt, Bell's Palsy, Body Stroken certain mental disorder..cant be treated n cured...till this day!!!
If these old folk illnesses are germ derived sicknesses, Medical Science would hv treated it n cured! Then, wats causes these old folk illnesses?..If its not germ, then, it must be viruses.!!
So, we will be expecting the same old story by Medical science.. 'going nowhere'
Worst we see now from the latest development by Medical Science with those mRNA vaccines. Not only incapable of getting the job done ( prevention)..it comes with this ' payback time'..vaccinated ppl facing various types of weird illnesses, never seen before.

My mom, who is now 80. Had an ablation, that had stopped her a-fib. A couple weeks post covid jab, her a-fib returned. She took 2 doses and a booster, recommended by her docs and everyone in the family, except myself. She began having almost daily long episodes of a-fib. Doc put her on amiodarone, which has controlled the a-fib, however the side effects are horrible. Those shots damaged her health greatly. My very fit 84 year old father had a very fast growing cancer, post 3 covid jabs. Fortunately it was successfully removed. Turns out they shouldn't have gotten the jabs. However none of my siblings and nieces and nephews, have said a word about how they vehemently demanded my parents get the jabs, if they wanted to see their great grandchildren. amiodarone is nasty. Took a year for the side effects to go away. messed up my thyroid, and other problems. It has a 'black box' warning.
"WARNING: PULMONARY, HEPATIC, & CARDIAC TOXICITY
Amiodarone hydrochloride is intended for use only in patients with the indicated life-threatening arrhythmias because its use is accompanied by substantial toxicity.
Amiodarone hydrochloride can cause pulmonary toxicity (hypersensitivity pneumonitis or interstitial/alveolar pneumonitis) that has resulted in clinically manifest disease at rates as high as 17% in some series of patients. Pulmonary toxicity has been fatal about 10% of the time. Obtain a baseline chest X-ray and pulmonary-function tests, including diffusion capacity, when Amiodarone hydrochloride therapy is initiated. Repeat history, physical exam, and chest X-ray every 3 to 6 months.
Amiodarone hydrochloride can cause hepatoxicity, which can be fatal. Obtain baseline and periodic liver transaminases and discontinue or reduce dose if the increase exceeds three times normal, or doubles in a patient with an elevated baseline. Discontinue Amiodarone hydrochloride if the patient experiences signs or symptoms of clinical liver injury."
I used it until I could get an ablation, which worked. the ablation was delayed for six months due to covid prohibiting non-emergency procedures. my opinion was that an ablation procedure is not like a nose job, but there you go.

29 when I got my first shot, no mention of any side effects. Just told to take panadol.
Sick for a while, and fatigued, but it was late in the year so I figured I shouldnt worry
When I went for shot two, they asked about symptoms. Those symptoms were consistent with myocarditis. They then tried to get me to take AZ.
Getting AZ required a script from a Dr. So they had a Dr call me. That Dr had no context for why they were calling me, so ended up accusing my of being an antivaxer and told me to harden up. She then hung up on me. When I called back reception hung up on me as well
Then a very public death of a young man was confirmed in the media to be from myocarditis post vaccine. The same day that went public, the NZ MoH wrote a letter to GPs saying that myocarditis was random and showed no clear patrern in any age/sex demographic
Which contradicted the WHO, and their own advice ffom a week earlier.
So I decided to go see a GP, who sent me off for tests and I ended up seeing a cardiologist.
I asked the cardiologist if there was a risk to any particular demographic. He said no, it was totally random. Naturally I didnt trust him, because literally everyone other than the NZ MoH were saying the issue was in young men.
He sent me off for a cMRI (happy 30th). He said my heart was normal, everything was fine and my issues appeared to be from normal stress. I chose to not take a second shot.
    A year later and I had a follow-up with a different cardiologist.
Who told me that the mandates were a mistake and that the issue was clearly in young men.
She then went on to tell me that my heart was now healthy. My left ventricle was normal size, my pericardium no longer had any excess fluid and that my LVEF was at 60%.
When I aaked what she ment by 'now'. She explained that a year earlier, my left ventricle was enlarged, my pericardium had a major effusion and my LVEF was 42%.... the cMRI was 5 months after my second shot.
The cardiologist I saw initially lied to me

Brothers had no issues at time
Jan 2022ish they all caught covid from an overnight casino trip. My uncles had various vaccines. My father did not. All took same vitamins. All sick same degree. All took same time to recover relatively.
Since then my uncles have had the boosters.
Since winter into spring this year both uncles haven’t been feeling great.
Uncle 1 has had pneumonia but is also tight lipped w his health. He has a spot on his lungs and has been given referral to a large cancer center locally. Also kidney issues.
Uncle 2 has been told it’s just anxiety for months and is now on his second week in the hospital. He is in severe heart failure w afib. 20%EF and is wearing a shock life vest to prevent sudden death.

The vagus nerve revelation was quite a few months ago, but I’ve been able to somewhat control the afib by reducing sodium getting a good nights, rest, and avoiding alcohol. All of the usual suggestions to control it. The only medication I ever got was something to slow my heart rate, which, as a athletic person in my 60s, is already low enough around 45 to 50 at rest. I take an aspirin to keep my blood from clotting, other than that, nobody seems to know why afib happens.
With my limited knowledge of what the vagus nerve actually does, I decided to try some massage techniques to not only stimulate the nerve, but to also relax a very tense neck. I had a particularly active event, a few months ago, and when I started massaging the area behind my ear And turned my head to full right, my heart actually slowed down considerably. I continue to do that every day with heat and general relaxation techniques. Since I am not a doctor, I don’t know if it is directly connected or not. All I know is that I no longer have a Events as I have in the past.

AFIB was diagnosed and eventually treated with cardio version. That was relatively successful but I still had a subsequent episode in March of this year. Not fun at all (tiredness, breathlessness, faintness).
How I wish now that I had never allowed myself to be talked into taking the jab ... I was originally reluctant but caved to the pressure of 'doing the right thing' for my family.

Fasting can help a great deal, but you have to be careful as during the fast it can cause palpitations occasionally. If you try it just lowly work your way up and stop if you have issues, and things will be fine. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting.
      Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time.
      Fasting increases nitric oxide release.
Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels.
Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy.
Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers, but some patients may need continued acid reducation medication while fasting.
Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body.
Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. It will also remove any 'foreign material' that is not supposed to be there.
Reflexes and short term memory are increased.
Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release!
After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system.
Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures.
Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil.
Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer.
Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting.
Blood sugar and insulin are lowered, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Some viruses activate glycolosis (the release of sugar in the body) and clinically it has been shown that decreasing glucose metabolism in the body weakens the influenza virus.
When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell which are used to produce organelles and proteins. This means the mechanisms needed by viruses to replicate are by and large unavailable when you are in a deeply fasted state.
What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting.
Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building.
Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle.
The hormone Leptin is an immunomodulator that keeps the body from attacking itself and obesity causes leptin resistance. Fasting very quickly reduces leptin resistance and leptin levels and one day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again!
Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No, except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose.
Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle foreign matter such as viruses and kill cancerous and senescent cells
Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body.
When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with.
It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency and thereby making cells better able to fight off infection. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism and cancer prevention!
Fasting also releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers.
In fact, the biochemical regulator of BDNF production is beta-hydroxybutyrate, which is the same ketone the body produces to nourish the brain while fasting.
Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level.
When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer.
A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs.
Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia.
Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. Those with Addison's disease may also be unable to fast without liberal use of exogenous ketones, depending on severity. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness then simply break the fast and seek advice.

I’m 59, 72kg at 5’11” and a road cyclist. My resting heart rate is 43 and I max at 190, I joined a gym and it’s my visit visit today actually. I’m concentrating on core strength and light weights sessions. I’ve eaten the same foods for over 20 years and my government and some individuals told me once to have the Covid vaccine. With respect my first answer was why? I know my body and I’ll trust my own immune system thank you. I worked through the whole scam, still here stronger and fitter than ever! Now retired at 57.

Correlation doesn't equal causation. Do you have any awareness of the number of people who either died and now suffer from Long COVID because they didn't get the vaccine? I'm 65. 5'9", 165 lbs and in fighting shape. I took the first two shots and then I took the Coronavirus booster. No issues. No problems. No complaInts. No whining like a little baby about getting a little injection. You say that you know you body. What a bunch of crap. You're not a doctor; I don't care how much you work out. LOL, Clown.

I was diagnosed with paroxysmal AF after one episode. I can only describe it as slow AF, an irregular but slow heart rate, and increase in BP. I'm 66, ideal weight, regularly exercise, never smoked and eat sensibly. I've had a lifetime of suffering anxiety and that has been an underlying factor. I identified various triggers and they're identical to the triggers for my migraines. Food sources rich in tyramine such as blue cheeses, salami, soya sauce, food overly matured are all triggers. They cause a rise in BP and sweats. Exercising heavily is another trigger. After exercising, my BP falls, and then it's followed by a rise which can trigger the AF. Anxiety and stress naturally cause a rise in BP. I have given up alcohol, another migraine trigger. Managing diet, eating more fruit and veg, abstaining from alcohol, and reducing stress, have reduced episodes to 1 or 2 a year. I'm a physicist and have been scientific in my approach to reducing these episodes, but it's clear to me that blood pressure is connected in some way to AF, not just high BP, which can produce various unwelcome effects, but how it varies too.

I used to have it, as well. Thankfully, I was able to overcome it with fasting and no longer get clots!
Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors.

The lady concerned liked the dress but thought the price they wanted was a bit steep, she asked the staff why all their prices had risen so highly. The staff answer was that they’d put stuff up due to inflation being so high so they’re having to charge more. The lady asked how they could have inflation on clothes they don’t buy and are given for free, she promptly put the dress back on the rack and walked out.

After thirty five years working in health care, I've seen a lot. I reached the conclusion that there is nothing worse than a bad stroke. We need to get to the bottom of this as quickly as possible. The delaying tactics are just going to mean more casualties, more pain and heartache. More expensive care for stroke patients and I'm sure the higher ups know that very well.

Students at NYU in New York have been experiencing rashes, hives and inflammation since the introduction of new protocols in. 2021. The students started putting it together and sharing with each other that these now incredibly common symptoms began following the boosts. When students asked the student health dept they were told that the high rates of rash and hives were caused by stress. Since then studies have confirmed that auto immune symptoms are associated with the boosters, but this information is not being shared with the students (some of whom, not knowing the risks have gone on to have further boosters). The censorship around the risks and adverse events is the actual danger to public health.

I am in the US. I was diagnosed with AF in Dec. 2017. I now take five medications daily. A week ago my Cardiologist added Flecainide to my pill buffet as my AF had come back with persistence. It is miraculous and within an hour of my first dose I was in sinus rhythm. AF only popped up again three days ago and I took my evening dose three hours early and it was like stomping on a pesky roach. Having served in the Army as an Intelligence Officer I rejected taking the COVID shots. I am now approaching 70 years of age. Thankfully, after a cardiac stress test two months ago my heart is healthy. Three days after Flecainide was added my Cardiologist read my EKG he said I should take the printout home and frame it as my heartbeat was perfect. I hope my case may be of some useful information. In NZ I believe few GPs know of post vaccination syndrome or if they do have not associated it with Sars Covid 2 vaccine. Why the NZ govt believes the CDC and FDA when they has 80+% privately funded by Big Pharma is very concerning when we as a nation support independent research with some govt funding.
Boosters are still being promoted in NZ despite for months the UK only suggesting for over 75yr olds or those with co-morbidities.Switzerland doesn't advocate the vaccine either. Nowadays NZ seem to lag behind and not question.
I see India declined to sign the Pfizer contract for the vaccine as no claims could be made against Pfizer for any damages. As the trials were done to high standards and the vaccine was deemed 'safe and effective' why did Pfizer not stand by its vaccine? They knew the sorts of problems that would occur, look at the 100s of pages of side effects. All of which was not available to the general public at the time. Don't have to look far to find many medications recalled due to serious side effects. People should be vigilant and question far more any new medications. GPs cannot know details of all meds so people need to be proactive and do the research themselves. If the information is not available that should ring alarm bells.

I’ve had numerous events of atrial fibrillation, (since the age of 17), two of which were near-death experiences. What’s truly sad is my cardiologist and electrophysiologist were oblivious to the fact that several types of magnesium help prevent this. They were in a hurry to put me on meds and install a pacemaker before recommending what I was deficient in. Things need to change. *Edit-to answer what I take and my results... First and foremost, mushroom/herbal tinctures from Tria Alchemy (which have helped numerous other health challenges of mine), as for the magnesium types: glycinate and taurate. I have converted myself back to sinus rhythm numerous times w/ the tinctures alone (along w/ a bit of meditation).

The master plan is to wait things out and deny all conspiracy theories until the vast majority of people who were alive in 2021 are dead and buried. Then suddenly the narrative will pivot to "yeah it caused tonnes of health issues, but you know - the global population was kinda too high anyway and climate change was accelerating, so it wasn't THAT bad a thing to happen..." Might even involve some finger pointing at long-dead elites who "may have encouraged everyone to take their shots for idelogical reasons, knowing the side effects", but in general the story will default to "I guess we'll never really know the truth..."
None of us will be around to witness the U-turn in the rehearsed public and mainstream media policy, but it will happen eventually.

He was discharged on Diltiazem and Apixaban but never got back to his baseline post hospital discharge and continued to experience fatigue. A week ago he was admitted again to the hospital with a relapse of pneumonia as well as still in atrial fibrillation. He spent 8 days in the hospital and had a bronchoscopy to further evaluate his right upper lobe infiltrate. No cancer was found thankfully, and all other tests are still pending. In addition to the Diltiazem and Apixaban, he is now also on Multaq in an effort to control the atrial fibrillation rhythm. Our neighbor a formerly healthy 76 year old female also received two vaccine doses and was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation around the same time as my husband. Looks like the vaccine is a gift that keeps on giving and I believe it was created with that purpose in mind.

We made him call 911 as we rushed to him. He thought we would find him dead. In the ER they diagnosed him with anxiety, never was on a heart monitor while in the ER for longer than a quick EKG. His bp was high on admission. He has had a couple of milder episodes that seem to get fewer as time goes on after the vx. It scares me to think of how the medical community dismisses this. That's me. Diagnosed last September. Never smoked, healthy weight, fit and active. Don't drink. Hospitalised for 5 days with what turned out to be heart attack. My arteries were looked at and were very healthy. I have had a whole food plant based diet for 6 years and healthy diet before that, all my adult life. No questions asked about the c word or the you know what. Getting afib about once a fortnight now despite being on meds.

If those symptoms are noticed, do not let doctors glibly declare the condition to be anxiety! I had tachycardia for 37 years during which doctors said I was too young to have a heart problem and all I had was severe anxiety. In 2012 I almost died because of it. I then started taking a beta blocker and got a whole new life. (Personal experience in USA.)

I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation about 35 years ago.
There are procedures that I learned I could use at that time.
About 20 years later I was assaulted and went into a horrible erratic heart beat and had to have my heart zapped in the emergency.
I refused ongoing medication because I had more tests over a few months and had a perfectly healthy body. So far I’ve been okay.
I watch for a fib and take steps to calm my body.
I’ve had two jabs, nothing more and I have had a few twinges but not in relation to the jabs but definitely in relation to the stress of the times.
I slow to my deep breathing, take a drink of really cold water, sing in an operatic type voice rarely, until things calm down around me.
Apparently coffee can exacerbate the problem so I drink only one cup a day, in the morning.

I have AF but was in my 50s when I had my first attack of it and was blue lighted to hospital. My heart was racing and wasn’t slowing down. I was given meds and it managed to slow it down. I’m now in meds for life and my pulse never really gets above 50 now because of the meds. I stay away from caffeine as I notice a difference when I have it. A lot of younger people are obsessed with these high caffeine energy drinks, they should be all banned. Xx

Great video, thank you. And a lot of very pertinent and important questions! Many thanks for raising them. I just see one opportunity for improvement of this otherwise great contribution. You say: See a GP or call 111 if you have chest pain that goes away quickly but you're still worried. May I suggest that you reconsider that advice? How can a person's worrying be an objective indication? What is "chest pain" in this context? What does "quickly" mean? If I feel a momentary pinch or a throb in my chest area (what are exactly the boundaries of the chest area?) should I be worried? And if I am worried, should I call 111? I am afraid that if the public were to heed this advice, our emergency services would soon be flooded.

My mother was a fit and healthy 75yr old until she had the Astra zenaca vaccine. She then had bad swelling in her ankles she went to the walk in and the nurse panicked! as her heart rate was so fast. She was rushed to hospital and it was found she had serious blood clots in her leg and also Afib. She's had the condition for 2 years now treated with a number of drugs which she is not happy about. I'm sure this was caused by the vaccine and fortunately armed with the information I learned here she didn't have her 4th (!) Booster and won't have any more. My eyes have been opened during COVID 👀

I'm sorry to hear about your mother's experience, Who Knows. Adverse events following vaccinations should be thoroughly investigated, and it's important for individuals to make informed decisions based on their own circumstances and consultation with healthcare professionals. Each case is unique, and it's crucial to prioritize individual well-being and safety. It's important to continue learning and staying informed during these challenging times.

@@healthinfotipss Thanks for the input. But don't fear my mother is an intelligent and stubborn women who wouldn't do anything just on my or anyone's say so! However after asking the question a number of times as to why she was suffering from a heart condition when it did not run in her family at all I suggested she may like to look at other opinions on COVID and the vaccines other than the 'accepted' narrative. I pointed her in the direction of Dr Campbell as well as Dr D Martin, B.Bridle etc. I accept your opinion that an individual should always talk to a health care professional however most people giving the vaccines were volunteers and unable to answer any questions and I seriously doubt a Dr would have a balanced open debate about the vaccines with my mother or anyone. An individual can make an informed decision only if they have access to ALL the information and opinions. I'm glad to say that through her own volition my mother is now in possession of a rounded few of the vaccines and has decided to no longer receive any more for COVID. Thanks

Fasting can bring down the inflammation very quickly, though obviously go to a doctor if you have such serious symptoms. But everyone who took it should fast if they can to clear out the material, which can linger indefinitely. It will also repair the immune system, which becomes damaged by the treatment, and is needed to repair all the damage your body suffers, not just to fight infections.

I had A-fib right after my 3rd Moderna shot. My resting pulse was between 130 bpm & 150 bpm, so I couldn't get to sleep. Pericarditis accompanied the irregular heartbeat & aspirin would make it better or even make the pain go away all together. The A-Fib went away after several hours, but the pain from the Pericarditis stayed. Aspirin helped a lot, but I hated to take aspirin for such a long period, because of the risk of kidney damage, Reyes Syndrome, or GI tract damage, but I knew, that it might help prevent permanent damage to my heart. The A-Fib came back several times for 6 months, then ceased. The Pericarditis lasted for a little more than a year, but only comes back every so often, fewer and fewer times as life goes on.
My doctors at the VA Hospital were terrified, that they'd be fired, if they connected the A-Fib & Pericarditis with the vaccine. They were visibly shaken, when I'm the one who should have been scared, since I'd never had heart problems before! Thankfully, I feel as though, I will make a full recovery. I was 57 when I got my 3rd Moderna shot, so I was old enough, where I wasn't at as big a risk for permanent damage or death, like a 20 or 25 year old might be. The first two Moderna shots didn't leave any side effects or even soreness, so when I saw, that the line at the VA Hospital was short, I went ahead much to my regret, & got the 3rd shot.
I only got the Moderma shots in the first place, so that I wouldn't spook my elderly relatives who watched TV & let the media terrify them. I knew, that SARS2coronavirus was just a bad cold and like any cold, was mainly a danger to the elderly or people with compromised immune systems, so I wasn't personally worried about it.

About 4-5 years ago my husband was given a steroid nasal spray for his allergies. After 2 months of using this nasal spray, as directed, he developed a fib. If you look up drug induced a fib there is a NIH pub med article that shows a number of prescribed drugs that can cause a fib. I’m in the USA and I believe medications have a hand in all the a fib issues showing up in the population.

Exactly same with me. Have been to A&E twice, where they confirmed I wasn’t have a HA and then sent on my way. Have had one follow up ecg and basically thats it. So I play Russian Roulette everyday wondering whether the palpitations and chest aches are worthy of another A&E visit or not. One day I am sure I will make the wrong decision! I don’t think the higher levels of NHS or Government really care as its one way to reduce the NHS waiting list by letting everyone die off!
