Bill Murray has played sad scenes before and after this, but I don't think I've seen his eyes being so profoundly sad looking.
"I have to be going now, but I won't let that come between us."
I love this movie, 20 years on, the words are STILL a mystery.
You are certainly right, but the expressive face of this awesome woman... a 17 years old actress playing the role of a 25 years old woman means more than 1000 words. He feels real love for her, and her for him, the kind of love born in the brain, in the chest of us, i hope that you taste this wonderfull feeling almost one time in your life. She or him becomes all your world, you need nothing more than hug him or her and kiss this man or this woman , the entire world is in your arms. I really love this movie, you understand me, and for sure like in a famous play of Luigi Pirandello anyone coul choose his personal meaning for the last cut. Is up to you or to me the means of the last scene, but in my gut i feel the real love between these two souls. I was 44 when I saw this movie for the first time, and now 64 years old my opinion is ever more stronger, is the beghinning of a real great love. Maybe i'm too romantic, but i'm Italian and I really love this movie and ths wonderful final cut. Have care of yourself and of the man of the woman you love... don't loose him or her, or you will became ... like me. Good luck. Hold tight with your love.
omg i hear ya LOVE THIS MOVIE what did he say?
I wish I knew what he told her.
It is obvious by the expression that they intend to see each other again and try for a future. There can be no doubt regardless of actual words. The question is what words did she imagine to act the scene at the time?...
Beautiful Movie😊
Who is here from 90's ??

The most anti-feminist movie ever made.
