    I just wanna share.. bee using Allpurpose flour for always 6-7 years now.. non of my cakes failed. Even bread or pasrties.
    But now I understand its differences. Thank you. Will stick to APF.😊

    Dito po sa Hongkong ay may nabibili pa na self-raising flour.yun naman Ang ginagamit namin sa paggawa Ng steam bun.

    Yung pinabili ko, cornstarch, cake flour and APF. Tingi lang, kaso ang may label lang sa plasctic yung cornstarch at 3RD. So ibig sabihin po pala nun ung plastic na walang label, yun yung cake flour.😀😃. Thanks.

    thanks kuya for this informative video. ano ang recipe to make all purpose flour at home? i just bought 3 types of wheat berries: hard red spring, hard white and soft white para ma-grind dito sa bahay. I guess, ung pagkaka-iba ang hard red at hard white is ung sa color ng bread after ma-bake. Ganun ba yun? This is a new experience for me kaya marami ako tanong🤣
    In your video, you also covered cake flour. Ung cake flour ba was achieved from sifting soft white after fresh milled? Gusto ko lang malaman kung ung pagkakaintindi ko sa mga nabasa ko at pinanuod sa YT ay in sync sa idea ko ngaun🤣 overwhelming info after cracking a wheat grain, you know what I mean? 🤣

    Thanks for clarifying. What flour is best to prepare pancake from scratch? Tried APF but I feel it’s a bit tough. I’m aiming for soft and fluffy.

      Hi, if you want fluffy pancake, add egg, use mixer. Mix at high speed to incorporate air..

      gumamit ka po ng hard flour or first class. Dagdagan mo ng konting rice flour saka mo timplahan ng asin at paminta.

      Wala pong 2nd class at 4rth class..
      Sa pilipinas lang po kasi ginagamit ang 1st class at 3rd class..
