Bruh, try fasting. I noticed that I feel tired after eating and it really slowed down my day with brain-fog, so now I only eat once a day (dinner). I do of course drink water and black coffee all day. Feel super energized all throughout the day and have lost 26 lbs with mental clarity I haven’t had in years. Some people say that we’re not supposed to eat after 6pm and other bs like that but I only eat dinner before I go to bed 😂but since I only eat ONE meal a day I still have a calorie deficit at the end of the day so I still lose weight and feel great in the morning.
The way I think of it, I have 2 choices in the morning, I can either feel HUNGRY all day or I can feel TIRED all day? Which one would you pick? I would rather be hungry all day and have a feast at night that I deserve and still lose weight. I think when you feel hungry, THAT’S when your body is breaking down your fat reserves.

If you feel any pain along your pubic area after doing all that ab work, stop. That's how I triggered a groin hernia. Also, don't take advice from just anyone on TH-cam and ease into things. I love your content and i really think it is great for everybody, specially us MEN of the XXI century.
But i do think the most important part of this video is “FOLLOW THIS DIET AT YOUR OWN RISK”.
60 days of only eating meat, chicken or eggs damn, you are being deprived of tons of important nutrients. Nuts and fruit are nature foods we humans have eaten since we were covered in fur, i think they should be on the diet too.
    Just my opinion.
Thank you for your content sir 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

@@jamilschoolfield appreciate the feed back brother. In my experience and my bro math, the body uses fat for energy. If you have an excess amount of fat, you’ll have lots of nutrients to burn. Eating meat and eggs only help to maintain whatever muscle the individual has while the body uses up its fat storage for fuel. Once the individual loses a significant amount of fat, then I’d suggest to add in fruits and veggies. That’s how I did it. Others may do it another way

Sorry but what is your standard for "out of shape"??? This will kill regular out of shape people in the first week. Also, people who aren't used to ab training need to be careful. I decided to go hard on my core last month and ended up with a groin hernia.

@@brsvideos8143 this is where you must have a keen awareness of self. Anyone can do this. This program is close to a fighter type regimen. At the time I was fighting MMA, we had all types of beginners jump on a similar program. Of course there were mixed results but most of them came out well. And some of the greatest transformations I’ve seen were from dudes who were really out of shape. 275lbs+. Yet, there are many factors. In the evening they were surrounded by guys like me who could push them and give them motivation while watching for their safety. As far as your hernia, that’s unfortunate. I hope you healed up well!!! That’s why in the program I suggested only jumping the rope and Shadowboxing. On a strict diet, lifting weights of any sorts could run one into random injuries.

Carnivore only works with high fat. Chicken will not work. Also you can't just immediately transition to carnivore, you need to give it some time to become fat adapted.
However, it's the best diet out there, but you need to do your research instead of jumping right into it.
    Best regards to everyone.
