Actually the language in the enchantment table is called the standard galactic alphabet if you are a vintage game collector you might have seen this in a 70's/80-ish PC game (BTW I forgot the name of it was but I promise you the language itself is from an old PC game)

yeah. minecraft now is just..... it lost its magic by showing every single thing into it. the world is just not interesting to me anymore. but in the past i wondered about the "mythology" of minecraft. but now that all these new mobs and enemies were added.... its just too much shit and it ruins the image ive had in my head of the story of minecraft. like it used to be a skyrim-like game, something notch wanted to accomplish i believe. but now its more like world of warcraft or league of legends type of a world. and well that sucks. plus... it felt good being the only one alive. and only very rarely meeting these strange villagers. but now that theres even fucking pirate ships etc. and u know theres so much more life out there.. you no longer feel Special when you know ure not the only form of intelligent life there and that theres fucking pirates n shit out there doing their own thing. i just dont like that.
@@DaggerPrince True, there was something special about being the only "human" in this big universe filled with dangers. And even though I think the current world generation looks really good, it's not as "fun" and random as it used to be in the alpha and beta versions of the game.
+Don: Extremely true about the world generation. Think about the old caves. The ones that were so steep and dangerous. That was so cool. And I think the older world generations made for prettier worlds. Also, in the older minecraft I felt "scared" more often. And thats not just because I was younger at that time. Minecraft can at times be a kinda scary game. When youre just all alone in a cave at night.. just mining. And suddenly you hear one of those strange sound effects play, or a sound might bug out and you hear the sound of pickaxe breaking stone even after u already destroyed it for a second. Or when youre in a cave and you think you just saw something in the dark but you arent sure and you go check it out and theres no one (or no thing) there. That always makes me think of Herobrine or other legends. However with the newer minecraft... with so much stuff in it... I dont really get the same feeling anymore. Its less scary when you know just how much things are out there. Like boats, parrots etc. and I think the biggest problem - these things arent really rare anymore. The same way that diamonds arent rare anymore. In the past when finding a village was super rare instead of super common - I always had this idea at the back of my mind.. Thinking what am I gonna find next? Even though i deliberately knew that there arent other things.. Since the villages were so rare, I always felt like maybe, just maybe somehow I would find something "new." But u dont get that sensation if u find stuff all the time. Simply put alot of the "mystique" of the world is gone. It no longer feels mysterious or even scary at times. Its just predictable now and u always have Everything and dont need to explore much. Sometimes less is more. I dont even rly use the new items. I just play it like old Minecraft cause I was never interested in learning in these - in my opinion - not so interesting grazillion of new things.
Oh, and DON’T get me started on Minecraft: Pocket Edition 0.1.0. We only had 32 blocks 3 spawn eggs Weird crafting menu Nether reactor core Those were the days!

Dude he actually happened with me I was playing in a private server with my friend and I started teleporting everywhere so I asked my friend what's going on he told me he can't do that cause he has disabled cheats and I asked him "maybe Herobrine?" He replied that herobrine doesn't exist and still when the cheats where still off he whispered to me "Herobrine is coming" and the suddenly lightning and fir everywhere and there he was herobrine himself and Herobrine OP'd me!!!!! Like a challenge or maybe just to kill my friend cause he didn't believe in him but I didn't take the chance I ran away but he teleported to us and started attacking me with a blazerod and whenever he hit lightning hit on the ground beside me!!! He then went in like an afk position and I threw an egg at him and he left!!! We left the world immediately!! We were so scared that when I asked my friend to join back he told never!!!! This is not fake I have got screenshots!!! This was version 1.13.2

Dang I remember when all types of wood came out as oak planks. I genuinely love where Minecraft is right now but I also loved the simplicity of Minecraft 2013 and earlier (I played on Xbox 360 at the time before The End was added).
Beta and early release versions are very fun, especially when you have a good server with a decent amount of people it’s very fun to build and see what others have built with the limited blocks, the pixel art, the rail roads, the cities, the houses
I don't see why people don't like the newer versions of minecraft if Mojang and Microsoft didn't update the game after 1.8 or heck after 1.0 than this game would be losing players every single day. The game is still simple but it's has gotten a little more complex which is great so it's wouldn't stay super simple and which in turn makes the game boring after beating the bosses if I had a choice playing between the version I started on forever or the lastest version forever I would choose the second option i really don't care about nostalgia the game still has the same core mechanics and that is enough nostalgia for me. The complexity of the game also is a major factor why many people like minecraft it's just how simple it is but how complex it can be

Oddly enough, I've always felt the simplicity of older Minecraft versions gives them their own fun/charm.
how is that odd. it was a better game. with some bugs.

Dang I remember when all types of wood came out as oak planks. I genuinely love where Minecraft is right now but I also loved the simplicity of Minecraft 2013 and earlier (I played on Xbox 360 at the time before The End was added).
Beta and early release versions are very fun, especially when you have a good server with a decent amount of people it’s very fun to build and see what others have built with the limited blocks, the pixel art, the rail roads, the cities, the houses
I wish minecraft was still simple like this, but with the new 1.14 villages, for simply better architecture
I don't see why people don't like the newer versions of minecraft if Mojang and Microsoft didn't update the game after 1.8 or heck after 1.0 than this game would be losing players every single day. The game is still simple but it's has gotten a little more complex which is great so it's wouldn't stay super simple and which in turn makes the game boring after beating the bosses if I had a choice playing between the version I started on forever or the lastest version forever I would choose the second option i really don't care about nostalgia the game still has the same core mechanics and that is enough nostalgia for me. The complexity of the game also is a major factor why many people like minecraft it's just how simple it is but how complex it can be
