Norman, you have inspired me, I have started my backhoe build, I have done all the bushings, the bucket, the bucket links, and the boom. Will be doing the crowd arm next. I am using my Montgomery ward 53027 as the base unit, it has a Johnson loader and is a 16 hp B&S powered hydrostatic garden tractor. What parts do you sell to fit it? Thank you
5/23/2020 hello i am making the same backhoe and plans, on cub cadet 2082 same frame , wondering how far the backhoe was from the rearend and the 4 inch sub frame plates , want to have enough room from seat and how long is that sub frame along tractor frame . ?????? well thats it for now tks for the help in filling in the blanks on the drawling and tips and video , way to go
isavetractors I be started getting into Sears tractors a few weeks ago. One has a HH120 do you carry many spare parts? Thanks I'm trying to catchup on all your vids.
hi, nice project, can I ask you an indiscreet question, how much did it cost you, but I can say that you are a pro, nice work and have a lot of fun with it.
Where can I find a hydraulic pump so I can build my own front end loader and backhoe and plus when I see what the front bucket I can hook up the snow plow where can I get the hydraulic pump hydraulic lift and hydraulic power steering that is on a international harvester Cub for a 1250
The total cost for the whole machine start to finish I estimate was about $3,000. It's now been a while and I didn't keep as good of track of the expenses as I should have.
that's awesome. I've wanted to build a loader for my 1325 cub cadet. do you think this could handle a loader. the backhoe looks slick. wish I had one. I'm a young farmer in Wisconsin and I would like to build one for small jobs.
I don't think a Cub Cadet 1325 can handle a loader. You want one of the Cub Cadets from the 70's. They are the best platforms. A wideframe Cub Cadet like mine is ideal.
Awesome. I am glad these video inspired you. I have over 80 videos on this type of thing so be sure to check them out and subscribe for more. Thank you for saving the tractors!
Nice job. I did the same thing to a 1250 cubcadet about 7 years ago using the pf plans. it is a very handy tractor to have around.
Love the work you do.😎😎👍🏽👍🏽

Well now I am thinking about building a backhoe attachment too! I'll just start with the loader first great video!

I get all of my tires from millertire.com
Nice job! Wish I had the tools and time to try it myself
Thank you!

At this time, all I have for the Tecumseh HH120 is the connecting rod and the piston and rings in STD size.
Great video!

Love how you weld right next to a spray can lol
You weld with flux core just about as good as it can be. It would be night and day difference if you switched to mig with shielding gas tho
