College is always a super hard transition for anyone regardless. I'm a sophomore in college and still get homesick occasionally (especially when it's getting close to a holiday break). Your feelings are totally normal! Before you know it, you'll be back home. College flies by but visiting family for the first time is always so fun.

Adjustments are hard. You'll be crying because you will miss the thing that you got used to but remember once you're done with school at that point you're very comfortable and got used to it after all those years, you'll be in another adjustment phase and will be missing the life in University.
