Looks a nice spot and you lucked out with the weather. It's clearly a tougher course with sandy paths and the wind which didn't seem to stop you bossing it with your time. Enjoyed that thank you 😊
Thanks Craig, yes it's a great location, I was disappointed with my time tbh but I always go a bit slower when filming, and I've been struggling to get back to peak fitness:)
Andy, congratulations on 120 park runs! Suffolk course looks beautiful, but tough conditions. Sorry to hear that your PF is not yet healed, I had it many years ago and switched from Nike and NB shoes to Hokas, and stopped racing for 6 months until I was fully healed. All the best with the Geneva 10K.
Thanks Reto, my target is 100 different (so called Tourist) Parkruns so that’ll be Autumn this year at this rate. I’ve been at Parkrun in Lytham today and the heel pain is back, so frustrating😤
Great work that looked tough, especially in the wind. So which marathon do you plan on running 😂😉 Keep up the great work, its great watching your videos
Thanks guys, I appreciate you taking the time to watch my videos. Let’s get a half done first….😂 I am really enjoying making the videos and I’m still doing everything on my iPhone😊

Excellent! I love the Sizewell parkrun, i live in Beccles, so i can sympathise with your Lido experience!!
@@andrewhuggins9008 Thanks for watching Andrew, yes that Lido experience was a bit extreme, definitely wetsuit territory that night🥶Love Beccles😀

I'm the opposite. I've actually just started to do warm ups 😂😂
It's a good idea, I need to dedicate some time to do at least 1km:)

First rule of swimming, if you see everyone in wet suits and you haven't got one on , then get back in the car 😂😂
I’d gone all that way and thought I’d be ok😬
