green apples do work last cruise we had a hurricane following us to Bermuda and the sea were little choppy and wife was not feeling good we got some green apples from one of the workers and it was great for her she was not sick you just need one in morning i have been on many cruise and this is a first for us about green apples

Yes, a green apple with salt, yes salt helps with nausea. Done it, works all the time.
