I clicked the thumbnail, wondering who the woman was. When she started speaking, I realised it was Chef AJ. She has aged very little in 31 years. This was filmed a few years before I was born. Wow. She's a Chef, Comedienne, Contortionist, Musician and Gymnast. And an inspiration to everyone who's losing weight. Thanks for sharing this video!
