    whole grain flour is sort of similar to using the blender on vegetables and fruits and it is probably better to chew food like sweet corn, farro, hull less barley, hull less oats (naked oats), etc. If like whole grain breads, maybe drink plenty of water or soup when eating whole grain breads or use them in whole grain bread soup recipes.

    Unrefined flours are probably less satisfying compared to chewing whole grains like farro, hull less barley, naked oats (hull less oats), etc.

    Calorie Density Chart:
    Lifestyle changes: no smoking, no alcohol, unrefined vegan diet with vitamin B12 supplement (no refined chemicals like oil, sweeteners, juice, salt, protein powder, unnecessary supplements), exercise about 3x a day, about 7 hours of sleep.
    To decrease calorie density and get in more water, can cook mostly cereals, soups, porridge, congee, etc. and can pour these over greens to avoid the need for salad dressings.
    1> Can eat. About 100 to 600 calories per pound.
    1.1> unrefined unground staple foods to get bulk of calories.
    * Tubers like sweet potato (ipomoea batatas), potato, cassava, yam (dioscorea), taro, elephant foot yam (suran), arrowroot.
    * Whole Grains (brown rice not brown rice flour)(hull less barley, not barley flour)(hull less oats, oat groats, steel cut oats, rolled oats, not oat flour) cooked in water.
    * winter squash (do not eat the seeds which are high fat), unripe plantains, chestnut, breadfruit.
    * Whole Beans, Peas, Lentils (not soy beans bec soy beans are high fat)(garbanzo not hummus)(like mung bean sprouts, mung beans) for extra protein and extra calcium.
    1.2> Other unrefined foods (no blender) for micronutrients like vitamin a, vitamin c, calcium, etc.
    * Vegetables like high calcium greens (kale, collard, turnip green, mustard green), Eggplant, Okra, etc.
    * Seaweeds like wakame, nori, dulse, arame (not kelp kombu, not hijiki) for iodine.
    * Cooked Mushrooms.
    * Herbs, spices.
    * Fresh or Frozen (not dried) Fruits like berries (except avocado, coconut, olives, durian which are high fat) can be used as sweeteners. fruits were the staple foods of our ape ancestors altho humans have to eat lots of fruits to get enough calories from fruits.
    * Sauces, seasonings.
    1.3> Vitamin b12 supplement. Can also take epa/dha omega 3 supplement if worried about epa/dha omega 3. Some brands of mushrooms have vitamin D. Might need vitamin D supplement.
    2> Do not use. About 750 to 1,800 calories per pound.
    * Avocado, Coconut, Olives, Durian.
    * Unrefined Ground Tubers like cassava flour.

    Dried whole grains, beans, peas, lentils are missing water so probably a good idea to soak them overnight and cook them with plenty of water as soups, cereal, porridge, congee, etc.

    In hospitals, doctors and nurses do not wash hands often enough so plenty of people die from hospital bacteria every year. Restaurants are definitely even less hygienic bec most of the people working in restaurants are on minimum wage (no health insurance or inadequate health insurance) so are very unhappy at work and do not care about what happens to other people.
