Too bad this video wasn't available 2 weeks ago when I rebuilt my FL250 reduction unit. I took mine apart the other way and everything fell out onto the table lol. Live and learn :) Fortunately the service manual has a nice exploded view of the unit and that helped me get it all back together the right way.
I was back and forth with what side to take off first! I'm sorry for not getting it out sooner! ❤️😁😎
Hehehe, no worries it all worked out ok. In the process I installed an alternate gearset that I got from OddATV and now my 4-stroke FLankenstien 250 can hit the 40 - 45 mph range which is plenty fast for no rear suspension!
