    Did you ever do an update about the alternate oil? How has it held up, years later?

      I switched over to an Amsoil synthetic version, I don't have the model numbers on hand but I will hopefully have something in the next month. So far I'm really happy with it. The surface tension seems to hold up extremely well and it's been exposed to extreme heat and the extreme cold.
