कृपया करके यह बताइए की Information Technology Act 2000 के अंतर्गत साइबर अपीलेट ट्रिब्यूनल में अपील किस प्रकार से की जा सकती है क्योंकि वर्तमान में Adjudicating officer का charg Goverment ने IT अधिकारी को नहीं दे रखा है इसी के निर्णय के आधार पर Cyber Appliant Tribunal में अपील की जा सकती है जो की नई दिल्ली में स्थित है तथा उसकी बाद हाईकोर्ट में

Usually High Court does not take much time in hearing the bail petition. I should take hardly one month. But some time due to gravity of the case some more time may also be applicable

When a case is admitted what does it mean?
It means that the court has got prima facie substance of some illegality which should be checked after hearing

Advocate sirf legal notice issue kar sakta hai jiske liye uska ek nishchit charge hota hai ful. Is case mein chuki court ne order Kiya hai atah yah notice court ke dwara Diya jaega na ki advocate ke dwara

नोटिस किस चीज का है इस पर डिपेंड करता है। यदि नोटिस कोर्ट द्वारा दिया गया है और जवाब देने का निर्देश है ऐसे नोटिस के जवाब में अपीयर नहीं होने पर कोर्ट एक्स पार्टी डिग्री या एक पार्टी प्रोसिडिंग शुरू कर सकती है।

Abhi tk total 40 date mil chuki h court se .... But abb only January me total 10 date mil chuki h kl fir date h ... Kya smjhe sir iska judgement jldi aane wala h ya kuch b nhi kha ja skta .... From your statement it seems that you have filed with petition impleading your department as respondent and the department is not filing there reply. If it is so you can pray from court to issue some coercive order like personal appearance of the competent authority or you can play the court to pass an ex Parte order

The interim stay was granted only till next date of hearing. It does not mean that the stay will continue till disposal of the case in your case you have not told as to whether the appointment has been done before the next date of hearing after granting stay or not if you clarify it then only I can answer you better

Agar Lucknow ke double bench mein usi fact per koi case file hai jis fact per allahabad wale single bench bench ke court mein aap petitioner thi to use case mein aap intervener petition file karke khud Ko petitioner ke roop mein implead karva sakte hain

Please tell me as to whether the proceeding is going on in your writ petition or it is running out of list. If first of all you can ask your lawyer to mention it before the High Court for early hearing with petition for non compliance of the notice issued by the court to the respondent. I am sure the court will certainly pass order directing the respondent to reply failing which your case may be decided ex Parte. Pursue your case properly. You will get certainly a positive result

It means bail has been granted to the petitioner and after obtaining the same due to some reason he is not turning up before the High Court other through himself or through an advocate. Isn't your case.
