Iska kya matlab hai sir. Mera case disposed ho gya but koi judgement nai aya abhi tak 3 saal baad naam aya cause list me but judge ne kahan mera samay nai hai dusre bench me transfer kar de raha hu.

अगर दो महीना पहले केस फाइल की हुई है तो अब तक उस पर नंबर तो पड़ जाना ही चाहिए। और महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि फाइलिंग करते वक्त ही केस को एक स्टैंप नंबर पड़ा होगा। कम से कम स्टैंप नंबर तो होगा ही होगा।
स्टैंप नंबर पढ़ने के बाद जब केस रजिस्टर होती है .....जो कि होती ही है ....तब उसे केस नंबर मिलता है। यह प्रोसेस होने के लिए ज्यादा से ज्यादा एक हफ्ता 10 दिन का समय लगता है। मेरे ख्याल से अब तक आपके केस को रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर पड़ा होगा। Aapko yah baat high court registry se confirm Karni hogi yah Internet se check Kar lijiye।
जहां तक केस लगने की बात है कोर्ट के सामने हियरिंग के लिए तो जैसे कि आप जानते हैं कोविड-19 की वजह से सिर्फ वही मैटर्स का हियरिंग हो रहा है जो केसेस पार्टी सरक्युलेट कर रहे हैं।
जो कैसे सरक्युलेट नहीं किए जाते या जो कैसे अर्जेंट नहीं है उनका हियरिंग फ़िलहाल नहीं लिया जा रहा है।

Sir my appeal was dismissed in the session court for section 138. I have approached the high court and filed a crimal revision petition
As per the high court order I have to deposit the 50% of the fine amount as held by the trial court in the impugned judgement inclusive of any amount already deposited in pursuance of the first Appellate court. I have deposited Rs 50000 in the first Appellate court. My fine held by the trial court is Rs 10000. And I did understand which 50,% of amount I have to deposit as my compensation was as same as cheque amount of Rs 265000.
I layers has given the figure as 105000.which is not matching with the courts order. please kindly guide me.

I specifically deal with accident claims wherein issues are very limited, if I myself provide paper book would HC dispose it at admission?
It would depend upon the practice prevailing in that High Court. Please confirm from the High Court. As far as Bombay High Court is concerned, mere filing of private paper book would not guarantee disposal of the case. What you are talking about is First Appeals. First appeals are normally admitted for final hearing without too many hearings. So paper book is to be filed for final hearing stage only. Please confirm from the concerned Registrar of High Court.
