    This and the hip airplane are two things i started doing almost daily since I discovered this channel...my hips are much more mobile and strong now after 2 months. Took me a couple week just of trying to understand how to do the movement right. But these explanations are very clear. Thanks man. I walk better, i ride my bike better, i feel less pain in my lower back. I'm 22 btw lol👴🏼

    What is the value of the added weight over doing it without weight? Does it push the stretch deeper or does it require more strength while stretching?

    • @eyespy3001
      @eyespy3001 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wondering the same thing. The weight being under the center of mass, which is away from the area being stretched, would seem to be pointless.

      I think what might have fixed mine is McGill big 3, and pulling elbows next to lats cause if they're flared out you will lean more forward going up so more strain on the knee. He has shorts on both.
