Hello everyone! Today I present to you a very easy and super delicious recipe! Pasta in cream of peppers and philadelphia with speck is a delicious and easy to prepare first course. This pasta is perfect for lunch or dinner! Your guests will ask for the recipe and your family will want more! I used wholemeal pasta and light philadelphia to make this dish light without sacrificing taste! Just a few ingredients and very little time are needed to prepare a healthy, satisfying and very tasty dish! Try this delicious pasta in cream of peppers and philadelphia and speck and I'm sure you will like it!
Ingrediants:
- Half onion
- 3 peppers
- 100 gr of Philadelphia cheese
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 gr of speck
- 200 gr of wholemeal pasta
- 2-3 basil leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Parmesan to taste

Looks scrumptious. Why did the sauce turn like American cheese color is there's a special brand of speck ham beside it being smoked which no problem it being smoked n what's wholemeal pasta? Sorry for all this questions just need to know if this ingredients are special for this type of spaghetti. I know it's there's other tof spaghetti like Italian etc etc.
