Dining at a $235 Kappo Restaurant for the First Time | Yuji, San Francisco

I've been to Kaiseki restaurants and Izakayas, but never to a Kappo restaurant. Kappo cuisine is a somewhat in between those two where you can enjoy seasonal dishes made with traditional Japanese techniques.
