    Sealing Process:
    Place the container with the product on the conveyor belt.

It allows the container’s lid to have a heat-seal composite aluminum foil for sealing. When electromagnetic waves pass through a metal object, they form an induced current in the object, generating heat, causing the object to be heated and melted. Thus, the sealing film is sealed by the electromagnetic field acting on the conductive carbonized aluminum foil material’s heat coil, allowing heat to be transferred to the adhesive layer contained in the sealing film through electromagnetic induction, achieving a fast and reliable sealing effect.
    Precautions:
    Not suitable for metal containers and metal caps, do not place on a metal surface and press the start button, to avoid damaging the machine.
    Before use, the induction aviation plug must be inserted and the screws locked.
    Use a single-phase three-wire power cord and ensure to use a single-phase three-wire power socket. The workplace floor must be dry to maintain insulation.
    The equipment has an automatic over-temperature protection function. When the temperature inside the machine is too high, turn off the main power switch and wait for the machine to cool down before continuing work.
    During operation, check whether the surface of the induction head is overheated. If it is found to be hot to the touch, stop heating and wait for it to cool down before continuing work.
    The equipment must not be subjected to impact, heavy pressure, or moisture during transportation, storage, and use.
