Something missing from this video, in comparison to your first video, is the demonstration. It was really nice to see the set demonstrated while you explained the hitting positions. Hopefully you can redo this video in the future with demonstrations between each one. Thank you, your setting videos have helped a lot.
Thanks coach Donny! Would you also please show where the ball should be set for each of the backrow attacks? A 2D plane view, similar to the A B Pipe C D positions would be helpful. Likewise ideal height of the set and the correct ball contact positions. As the ball need to travel further into the opponent's court and not dip too soon on the net.
Hey Donny!Could you please make a video about volley balls?I'm thinking of buying a ball, but i really don't know what are the best for each category, such as interior,or beach volley...Awesome video! :)
Hi Coach Donny. I liked your instructional videos. Do you think you can add video demonstrating each set described in this video, like you did in part?
Hello Coach Donny, can you please make a video about different hand signs of setters in every different combination plays? Hoping for your response. 'Cause I badly need it. Thank you coach. 😊
Hey Coach! Can you make a home workout video that targets the abdomen and chest muscles? My school year just ended so I have a lot of time to workout. Plus, I feel as though these muscles would contribute to improving my overall performance on the court.
Hey coach, could you make a video about how teams "know" what plays to run? Like if they see a free ball they run a certain play, but then the next free ball may be a different play. How does the team know what to do? Thanks.
@@PKZ21 the setter usually gives an in system play before hand and if the ball is out of system it’s up to the setter what to set the pin hitters, (never set middle or a quick out of system)
Hi! I saw in the Training/Fitness department a video on lower back pain. Would you consider making one (or just leaving any tips here) about middle back pain? Let me explain exactly the case. Some time ago I noticed that when I get the ball behind my back or too far left (I know, footwork and timing, I'm still improving on it thanks to you) from time to time there is one jerk-like pain close to my spine (vertiaclly somwhere near kidneys I'd say, though I'm not a specialist). Probably a muscle. I started to warm this section up more than usual and it helped a bit, but still with extreme sets (or even in the defense) it really hurts and doesn't let me play at my fullest for a few actions (plus it's hard to breathe). I hope it's clear enough. Do you have any hints how to prevent it better or how to strech it when it occur? I'd be much obliged :)
Thanks, actually I figured the "being too soon" part by myself, but good to see I was correct (kinda). Didn't expect that shoulder pain video might be helpful, but apparently I was mistaken. It is. Thanks once again, I thought that there's some specific stuff but since I know next to nothing about anatomy, I just take that it's all there is to know :) Thanks again!

Hi Coach, can you do a video about backrow setter tips for offense and defense? Thank you . :)
Do you have a video with tips about reading hitters? Hitters that open up a lot when they hit are probably the hardest for me to read.

Try working out your abs and upper-body. When you’re on the court try to jolt through the ball
every time I toss has sound, is it normal??
Youre hitting the ball tho hehe
