This was perfect as a vanity desk for me. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxMAlHv7-BBWMrPRm5-uEoD6rtdT7SG2Qr Especially the glossy finish. Easy to cleanI was looking for something that wasn't the traditional white and with more of a modern feel. This fit the bill beautifully. I put it together with no problems, by myself in under an hour.Make sure you double check where you place the drawer tracks before screwing down. I had one track that needed to be aligned with different holes than the rest.
Ashish Minj you don’t need details. You use whatever measurements that will work for you. The details are so easy to figure out on your own depending upon the size you want and the materials your using. He was only projecting an idea and what he did. It’s up to you to figure out everything else if your gonna try to build one yourself. It’s not as hard as you think it is Brother, if you can screw together a table or bookshelf that we buy in big box stores or furniture stores nowadays then you can build one of these. You can even borrow or rent the tools you need but don’t have so that’s another obstacle removed from your paths. Just get out and do it brother!!!
In the moment i saw that i told to my self "i need one".Two days later i have it. It's amazing. Good job man, you inspired me. Keep this thing going and inspire more people.
This is a valuable addition to my woodwork collection th-cam.com/users/postUgkxkNYRBJuiJ6EwD-tQSAlxg0eFKsnR2cgz I still will rate this woodwork plan as the best in my reference library. It always seems to stand out from the rest whenever you go through the library. This is a masterpiece.

What an awesome table. Omg I love this for our possible new space in Mexico. We just bought a little bit of land and making something like this would be sooo cool. Everyone can cook their own piece of meat.

That's why you should always wear socks, long boots, and long pants (heavy jeans) while welding. Plus a welding apron and leather gauntlet gloves at the very least. I have a heavy t-shirt that I usually wore when I just needed to do a quick weld and figured I didn't need to put on the leather apron. The front of the t-shirt is full of holes from sparks and there was a burn mark on my stomach and chest for every one of those holes at one time or another. Luckily, I don't scar very easily, so there was no permanent physical damage. And yeah, a spark in the ear really does get your attention.
On Rebun Island, one of the fishermen had one of these in a shack. Essentially a giant konro grill. I had many a good night there. Im gunna need to make my own. Thanks for the How-To.

Brilliant build! What type of material is the grey wood type on the inside, between the steel coal tray and isolation? heat resistant wood or something?
I have long thought of making something similar but using a steel structure and ceramic tiles, no wood. Do you think that I should still use the Iso-Wool to line the channel for the firebox?

You can actually hire a welder for a day, idk how much they cost but they come to your house with welding tools and weld things for you. But you have to do the rest of the stuff because he will only weld things you have and then go home
I have a yard and I can get the materials needed but I don't have all those expensive tools he use in the video.... Galvanize poisoning is no joke. That is the worst thing he could have done is make the firebox with galvanized material, not only are you breathing poisonous off gassing but also contaminating the items cooked with the same heavy metals.
How do the coals get oxygen with no vent holes? You sprayed some wood finish into the coal pit, is that not toxic along with the cement board? Does the wind not carry the smoke into everyone's face? I am thinking of building something similar but not sure if i will use propane or charcoal
very good work brother congratulations , I wanted to ask what material is used q after that place the insulating material. Maybe it's not my message is understood very well because I do not speak English and I am using google translator . !
You too can "DIY" this project if you have the following tools: metal chop saw, welder, angle grinder, router, plasma cutter, a stable steel table to bend metal on, multiple clamps and straps, industrial table saw, brad nailer, air compressor, cordless drills, circular saw, electric sanders, calk gun, industrial scissors, putty knife, hammers, socket set, and an air paint sprayer. Not to mention access to industrial metals, cement board, grade A plywood and ceramic fiber insulation. FAIL.
According to your list, I would only need a plasma cutter and a "calk" gun. I got a caulk gun, but it won't dispense "calk", only caulk. Those building materials are pretty easy to find. So not fail. Maybe fail for you, but not so much for me. You build up a lot of tools owning a house and a project truck.

There's a person on YT that cuts steel with a torch just like a plasma cutter. That's a lot of practice. Allen's welding/woodworking
All can be done with simple tools
There are different levels of DIY. This is just a little higher, you can find a cheap welder.

light breeze and half your guests hate you lmao
all guest drinking hot tea .. hot beer .. hot pop etc

Wear a vapour mask when welding galvanized steel people...
not to mention his coal tray he is cooking with is also galvanised!
