    Good workout ideas . Will implement those into my at home workout minus the outdoor sprints for now until the weather in my area is nicer .

    Another "to the point" video without two minutes of shameless sponsor plugs, well done. I forward your channel links to every new player I come across here in California; you'd be amazed how many people have no idea how important actually training is for your sport.
    Since you're still a relatively small channel (no offense) and have the bandwidth to reply to comments, I've got a video idea for you (that you've hopefully not done yet, haven't checked the annals of your content) that is of major interest to many people.
    "How much does barrel "loudness" really matter in a game?" The debate between how much porting and what material your barrel should be, in regards to decibel level is one that's hotly contested. I recently bought the new Axe 2.0 and the stock barrel is, shall we say, thunderous compared to my friend's after market barrels.
    Advice? Thoughts? Recommendations for a 14" barrel? Keep up the phenomenal work my man.

      No offense at all! Paintball barrels do make a difference. I think it comes down to preference as well though. Different companies have different ideas on how to make the shot sound different and quieter but I’m not an engineer haha!
      I personally would stick with more aluminum as carbon fiber can snap easier from what I’ve seen. Ultimately I’d say to go to your local shop and see what options they have. Something I like may not be something someone else likes.
      Thanks for the love!

      @@howtoplaypaintball Thanks for the prompt response Greg. Any aluminum 14" barrels come to your mind as far as a solid choice? I'm not shooting for gold with the stupid outrageous $230.00 Freak kits or anything, as a filter.

    • @howtoplaypaintball
      @howtoplaypaintball  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea the whole kit isn’t super necessary. It will help with getting the best bore match for tournament paint though but if you had like three inserts you could make it work well too.
      I use the Macdev Shift3 on my marker. If you go to the past few videos of my playing you can hear how it shoots 👍

    • @howtoplaypaintball
      @howtoplaypaintball  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you have enough space I’d say cleats would be a great option!

    When his team is down a snake player he will send in his 1-year-old son as any good paintball dad would.

    Hey I had a question about doing these workouts since I’m still learning paintball and wanted to see about improving muscle strength: so with working out in mind, do pros mostly do weight lifting in any sense, or do they focus mostly on speed and endurance, with a little bit of weight lifting? I planned on a full body weightlifting workout, but thought about whether or not it wasn’t as good of an idea as doing this. Thank you for your videos, they will help me in the long run, God bless!

    • @howtoplaypaintball

      Weights are super important. A good workout would be something similar to like a wide receiver in football. You want explosiveness and speed. Hopefully that helps!
