Is that a 30 size reel? I got a shimano tyrnos 30 as a gift , but can't cast the thing unless using 8oz of weight or more. even then can't get good distance. could make a video showing the details and tricks of casting something that size?
I love using my 4/0 Penn senitors for pier fishing and I love being able to cast out to 100 yards but what I want to find is something that can help me from burning my thumb. I always pour water on my spool before I cast but sometimes I forget and I'm sure you know what I mean when I say it sux. great video, I may try the tube for extra grip.
I’ve been doing this with the rubber hoses that are put on Hawaiian slings but that paracord tip is going to be a game changer.
