Cindy Parlow Cone’s USSF priorities seem to be focused on maintaining the status quo for the US men’s national team, rather than striving for excellence and rivaling top nations like Argentina. This approach may be driven by her desire to prioritize gender parity in salaries, as improving the men’s team could potentially divert resources and attention away from the women’s team. Hopefully she will soon see that this approach is untenable and counterproductive to her own priorities.

Players like Antonio, Reid, and Gray were born in England so they didn’t have to do what American players did in playing in their home country and getting a club to sign them abroad. Antonio, Reid, and Gray were already playing in England since they were born but they just didn’t have the talent to be chosen to play for their born country so they chose Jamaica. They weren’t signed into the EPL from Jamaica they were already born in the country of it. This is the reason why there’s more Jamaican players playing in England than American players.
