It hurts so much watching him talk and laugh, just being alive, but I have to come here once in a while to watch an interview with him, because I still miss him so much. Alan, you were the best!

I recently watched this video. Didn't expect it to be one of his last appearences. :( I don't know how other deal with this, but for me it's sometimes difficult to deal with you idol's death. You think they'll never die, but they are only humans as we are :( Love Alan. Just fell in love with his potrayal of Colonel Brandon in Sense and Sensibility- As well as Die Hard, Rasputin, Snow Cake, HP etc,

There are 2 actors i miss like i know them in real life (which i don’t/didn’t sadly enough) and that is Robin Williams and Alan Rickman.
I watch Alan Rickman movies at the moment. Everything that i can find.
It’s so weird but i miss him.
What a giant loss for the world. He was one of my favorite actors and has made so many great films, some that didn't get a lot of attention. He will be missed.
The more I learn of my favorite actor, the more I am missing his gift. Rest in peace, Alan.
What other actor who is on set would go to RADA and gather up students so they could learn from his gain which was getting a part in that film. What a fine talented man.

Great voice, natural and genuine. When he talks you are totally focused on him, he is funny without trying. Just a warm, kind man, and so very talented. There will be no other like him, Even tho I know the Harry Potter films forward and backward, I keep replaying then to see Alan Rickman, as I just can not let him go yet, I am not ready. Gosh, considering what happened three months later, you can already see the disease. At least if you compare it to previous interviews. Pancreatic cancer is really bad. Kills fast and painfully. If you get the diagnosis, you can say goodbye to a likelihood of over 80%. An incredibly brilliant actor and died too early.
Sooo horribly sad 😢😭 I hate to think of him suffering.

I know zilch about the theatre and plays but honestly I could listen to Alan talk about it all night. Such a terrible loss of talent and wisdom! Cancer is a cruel disease.
I grew up with the Harry Potter films, and when I have kids I hope they enjoy them just as much. Lots of love to Alan up there in the theatre in the sky! Always. 💜✨

They always have an in memoriam bit at the BAFTAs awards and it's going to be especially sad to see Rickman and Bowie on it, this year.
Itsn over 4 months and I still cry over him. He was the best actor to come around in a long time. He made it look so effortless. I have to admit that I thought he was fantastic in Blow Dry. He made you like him even iwhen he was a villain. No one will ever take his place, and I will miss him and love him forever. He was a hard one to lose. Rest in Paradise Severus

I didn't even know he was ill. I guess all my favorite actors are reaching that point in life now. They're all going to start dropping like flies. Sigh.
+rofyle No one knew because he intentionally kept it quiet, but the family representative stated that his battle was short. Which indicates that he may not have had symptoms until the later stages, simply ignored them, or it was an aggressive form that metastasized too quick for them to do anything.

He was such a wonderful, talented, hilarious and awesome man...
I know Alan Rickman doesn't surf youbtube but I wish somebody told him to be back in on the theatrical stage.. I admire him so so much as an actor and I would love to see him play in LDN once in my life, I'd take a plane and fly there from my country in 1 eyeblink if he did. Severus Snape (total rip-off that he didn't get any Oscar nomination for the role) and Colonel Brandon are my fave roles of his but I've still got to watch Dust and The song of Lunch and Snow Cake and I've been told he played Sherlock Holmes back in the days in theatre I wish I saw him.

5:21 the one with the wenches where he, as Sheriff of Nottingham, told the poor girls their "schedules" was the first joke I laughed at in the movie. He even added "bring a friend", I swear I think I chuckled the loudest. I know that joke was sort of insensitive, especially in today's standards however that just showed how evil and perverted the role was.
