Alan's manner of speaking and vocal tone really resonates with me. He's so eloquent, articulate, thoughtful and warm-hearted. A beautiful person inside and out. RIP dear one
Before I became a fan of him, I didn't realize how nice such a voice type could be. I thought I sounded like crap and I was kinda jealous at the comments he got. The strange thing was that those sort of remarks seemed to end up around me as well, for a reason I still don't really get. If it wasn't for him, I would probably just be practicing my black metal vocals instead of seducing people in video games for fun, let alone doing amateur voice acting and doing readings for my friends. He was a great inspiration, and I never expected I would get anything close to the love his voice got.
And loyal. He was in a relationship with Rima for over 50 years (only the last years married). Such a rare man! I hope, but am afraid I will be disappointed.
He is so fascinating because he can say things and his eyes say other wise. He can speak purely with his eyes. His manner, humour and voice just make him the man he was so pure.
I never realized how much I loved watching him at his craft and just how sweet a man he was until today. Goodbye Alan, and thank you so much for sharing your talents with all of us. May you rest in peace.
Alan Rickman is such a gifted actor who is extremely kind, down-to-earth, and wonderful human being. I loved his reading of poetry in Sense and Sensibility near the end. I had not watched him in any Harry Potter movies so I had no idea who he was or how talented an actor he was. Wish he had not passed away so prematurely, gone before his time. He was still so young.
He was such a wonderful actor, but the most important thing was that in real life he was very generous, sweet, a little shy, very witty, and had a huge heart. Very down to earth he was. He was a rarity in the Hollywood realm. Many actors/actresses are egocentric and it showed. I would have liked to meet him in person and be on stage with him. I bet he was wonderful to work with. It's horrible that he was taken too soon from us. RIP Alan. You are ALWAYS in our hearts.
He is the epitome of someone who is just so naturally beautiful and virtuous. We truly didn’t deserve a man this pure and special and that may be one of the reasons why he was taken from us so soon.
I agree, I always thought he was special and pure. To me, he's one of God's most beautiful creations, and maybe God missed him and wanted him back😥😭💔❣️😇
Poor boy, he insisted on not playing villains despite the audience and movie makers loved him in these roles. He would have been insanely rich if he had chosen to play the hollywood game. But no, he didn't want to give up his principles and get typecast. But I'm immensely glad he accepted the role of Severus Snape. That sums up his legacy!!!
He would have been a very fascinating interesting gentleman to have a conversation with, gone way too soon. Huge fan and crush on Alan Rickman, what a voice! 😍🥰😘👑⚜️💎🏆❤️🤩✨🌟
A man with lots of wisdom and talent. You will be greatly missed by many, but will be remembered always. Exactly 2 weeks ago you were sent into heaven. I'm going to watch Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1 tonight and will remember and admire Alan. Rest in Peace and Paradise Alan Rickman.
I love this guy. He was undoubtedly very versatile and played some lovely characters such as Colonel Brandon in "Sense and Sensibility" but man, did he play some awesome villains!
A great man,I found Juliet Stevenson's words about him to be the most moving, those two really did have such love and mutual respect for each other, both great actors and human beings.
I like that the second half of the video is essentially Alan eloquently and completely answering the interviewer's question: "Hey, it sure is funny that Americans are method actors and Brits are stage actors, huh? You are British...you are stage actor or no?" with "Well that's a...not smart way to look at it" Rickman has an interesting take on the different & similar barriers to pursuing a living as an actor in the US vs UK.
Как он удивителен и неповторим!Какое счастье что он был,какое горе что его больше нет.Прекрасный актер,уникальная личность.Алан Рикман огромная звезда,ее свет никогда не погаснет в наших сердцах.
Unfortunately, it feels like Alan was a lot more verbal person than epistolar. He even scolded himself in diary to write down more of thoughts and controversial things... How much is lost now...
I think there’s an argument for Alan Rickman as a top 5 actor of all time. With that said I find him remarkably similar in every role but in his case it doesn’t detract from his ability to deliver such an incredible rendition of the character.
This is our favorite badass Alan doing his amazing magic a true icon legend idol and hero he will be missed happy 78th birthday to our beloved best friend of TV stage and screen thank you for your service we ❤ you rip Alan 👑☠️🐍🤍💚🎁🎈🎊🎉🎂

Alan was very good in portraying villain roles. Same goes with actor Christopher Walken.
