    Hello,
I have F1 visa and I was working and studying but the purpose of working was not to support my self just to involve more into the language and learn more, however I got caught and my visa cancelled and denied admission. After, I returned home by couple weeks, I got full scholarship to study in well known university from my government and I applied for new F-1 visa and the application took long time since I have previous cancellation but finally I got the visa. When I traveled to US at the port of entry at LA airport I got my visa cancelled and received ban of 5 years under section 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I)
Can I get waiver to apply for new visa ?
I believe I got unfair decisions since I got full scholarship and I want to study and return back home
