My crime was prostitution 25 years ago. I did no jail time. I was given 6 months supervision. My I-130 was approved Wednesday. My military son petitioned me through Military Parole in Place.
There are exceptions to these wavier, I fall in that category why did they ask me to do a waiver, do Consulars make mistakes? What is the difference btw with 601 waiver and 212h waiver?

I was deported for possession of cds with intent to distribute cocaine... I was placed on 10 year probation suspended sentence. I finished 2 years of supervised probation with low risk. I had a drug assessment and passed so I didn't have to take drug classes. I paid off my court fines, district attorney fines, and probation fines. 6 or 7 months after finishing supervised probation, ICE officials arrested me on my way to work. My wife is a U.S. veteran, I have two boys born in the U.S., and a baby on the way. Both my sisters are U.S. citizens, and my parents are currently working on becoming U.S. citizens. I had the same job for 8 years so my boss will vouch for me. I became a lawful permanent resident in 2004 and was revoked in 2024. My biggest mistake was not becoming a citizen. Is there any hope for me with the 212 waiver or any other waiver? Please help me and thank you for your time.

Hi, I reached out on your website and left a message but I never got a reply from your firm. Is there a way you can reply to it? I have also a suggestion for you to do a video how legalization on marijuana help an immigrant who has a charge of trafficking of marijuana? Will legalization or reclassification which is something that the Joe Biden administration said they would do few days ago, help immigrant who were deported because it is considered a very serious crime and the classification makes it not such a very serious drug. But even in the future if it becomes completely legal, how can that affect immigrants who are convicted of marijuana charges and deported or are we excluded from it? Please please speak on this topic. Thank you.
