Now there are a few things wrong here;It didnt start when the COVID pandemic started;it has been going on since I can remember.I used to go and stand by the door and wait for opening time to get an appointment.At no time have I ever had the words WE ARE BUSY spoken back to me,they cant do this because they would have more complaints than ever.Yes Ive waited in queues on the phone and have been spoken to and my problems dealt with in a professional manner.I do think the problem is so many Doctors surgeries being put into one site;Ive seen my Doctor once and all the rest in there about once also,they have some very good Doctors there and some quite pathetic Doctors.
