It seems receptionist,s run that place the doctors are lazy trying to get a appointment doesn't happen it's been a sham for a number of years it's not new the doctors at lakeside are always in a rush to get more appointment,s done£££££ it's a sham p,s they killed my family

Welcome to hell lakeside surgery nasty in a rush receptionist,s greedy doctors want a money regarding letter before your booster jab ,,it seems receptionist,s run the doctors and hospitals ,, if they like you you will get a appointment if they don't like you ,, you will not able to get help from the over payed lazy doctors,

A couple of things;I do have the time and the grace to wait even if Im eighteenth in line.For a repeat prescription you just tell the receptionist,they take the details and you can either have it wired to you or sent by post.But the bigger picture is this;Before Blair put the barriers up for anybody to come into this great country of ours and yes all are welcome he didnt finish or start putting the infrastructure right first.I remember him telling one reporter once it would cost but he was put in that position to govern not whinge like a whingeing thing caught in the spotlights!!

Trying to get an appointment, 8am - 9.15am line engaged, get through to be in the queue with 27 people ahead, get to top of queue after 25 mins and receptionist cut me off when answering. call back, spend another 15 mins in the queue and get told no appointments call back tomorrow!

Really are they having a laugh? If they can’t cope why take on more patients?? It just doesn’t make sense, its just all about the bloody money

Now there are a few things wrong here;It didnt start when the COVID pandemic started;it has been going on since I can remember.I used to go and stand by the door and wait for opening time to get an appointment.At no time have I ever had the words WE ARE BUSY spoken back to me,they cant do this because they would have more complaints than ever.Yes Ive waited in queues on the phone and have been spoken to and my problems dealt with in a professional manner.I do think the problem is so many Doctors surgeries being put into one site;Ive seen my Doctor once and all the rest in there about once also,they have some very good Doctors there and some quite pathetic Doctors.

Thank you for helping us Bob and I hope Tom does get to the bottom of it, for everyone's sake.

What a drone. get covid and put us all out our misery.

It doesn't help that lakeside surgery has over 40 thousand patients one of the biggest in the UK 😡
