China has always been there as a country for thousands of years, even language stays the same, but Central government do change their official names.
I was 8 in the early 60s and my father unboxed & gave me his perfectly preserved old globe from his college days. I found it fascinating and I memorized the seas & countries. I found 'Palestine' on it, which matched what I learned in Bible studies about Jesus being born in Bethlehem in the land of Palestine. Somewhere on the globe, and date it was made was in the mid-1940s.
Today Palestinian Christians are not allowed to display their Christmas trees in Israel. Palestinians back in 1940s were mixture of Christians,moslem and even Jews. They lived peacefully together until the European Jews came .
And now if you google where is Bethelem, it says at 10km from Jerusalem, without mentioning that was , still is, Palestine.

Good on China! After listening to the UN Chinese delegate who spoke so sensibly whilst in stark contrast the Israeli UN delegate sounded so rude and infantile, I’m pleased to hear China has removed Israel because the hard cold facts are where Israel currently exists was Palestinian land which over a period of time has been forcefully removed from the Palestinian people. This is not an anti Semitic statement - it’s a statement purely pertaining to the Israeli people and government.

China will possibly back the Palestinians in the same way that the West is backing Israel. Having a country like China in the mix on the opposite side would force Israel - and the US - to pause its actions in the Middle East. This is possibly a way to bring about genuine peace talks and a two state solution. China would be for Palestine and the West will be for Israel.

Firstly, Amap (PC version) does not display any countries except for China. Although the Baidu map shows countries and does not show Israel, it also does not show Palestine. I think this is because the unresolved border between the two countries has left a blank for the company.
Secondly, the Chinese government has no relationship with these two companies. You can check the world map published by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which shows Israel and Palestine.
Since you have never placed Taiwan on the map of China, do you consider yourself a rational person who follows current international rules?
