its called a scream box. its like one of those contraptions you'd make as kids with the two cups and the string that you could talk through. in this case, it just roughens out your vocals and makes your vocal "fry" screams sound much more vast. you still have to be a decent screamer even with it.
love these guys, saw them them live on the atticus tour it was epic.... i wish they did just a tad bit less screaming and a little bit more singing sometimes though.. but still they rock

@wehaste1 A fry scream is an exhale scream.... For Lows i guarantee he'll sound just like Jake from August burns red and thats as low as it will go.... Jake does fry screams also... Fry is exhale, but you tighten your throat moreso and get the raspy/scream sound in a sense without pushing all of your air out as Mike Hranica does or Mattie Montgomery from For Today. They actually do a scream that takes endurance and lungs.

It looks like a pretty small room, especially in the other videos I've seen. I don't think there's enough room in there for it to be completely full and have mosh pits happening
