I'm a metalhead for the last 5 years, I never was into metal core/post-hardcore music but I knew it existed, as for AA I heard very bad critics about their music from metalheads around the world. This is their first song I've heard from them and they won me pretty quickly as a fan, after hearing this song I was like "wow, this is so fucking good" and in 3 days I listened all of their albums and I have to say that this is the second time I felt in love with music THAT MUCH (first time I felt it with Arch Enemy), I love this band, I love this music and I love this haircut :) I don't understand why they are getting so much hate.

It's cool to hate things that are popular. It's everywhere in the world. Anything that gains mass recognition is automatically targeted for hate. I mean, if you don't hate everything that other people like, then you aren't cool!
I enjoy this band's music, but they're definitely not the most musically talented pencils in the box so to speak. So a lot of extreme metal fans who listen to bands such as Slayer, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse etc (who all have/had very talented members such as Jeff Hanneman, Dimebag Darrell and Alex Webster) use that against Asking Alexandria.

I remember being shut down because one of my friend and me were the only one playing this kind of music on our show... The worst is that every time we played before being canceled, room were always filled up with people and we could feel the atmosphere every time. It was intense. Why do people hate them so much ? I don't listen to much of this kind of music but I like this song my friend showed me.
It's cool to hate things that are popular. It's everywhere in the world. Anything that gains mass recognition is automatically targeted for hate. I mean, if you don't hate everything that other people like, then you aren't cool!
I enjoy this band's music, but they're definitely not the most musically talented pencils in the box so to speak. So a lot of extreme metal fans who listen to bands such as Slayer, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse etc (who all have/had very talented members such as Jeff Hanneman, Dimebag Darrell and Alex Webster) use that against Asking Alexandria.

I remember being shut down because one of my friend and me were the only one playing this kind of music on our show... The worst is that every time we played before being canceled, room were always filled up with people and we could feel the atmosphere every time. It was intense.
