    Ok Annie! Why do women need 30g P after training but men only need 20g? This is a very interesting idea and I'd like to learn more.

      @@cristinam7439 that doesn't make sense. If she was taking an iron supplement, that would make sense during menstruation but not protein as a post-workout supplement. There is some other reason.

      Women are not nearly as efficient in the uptake of protein, so a higher dose is needed to get the right concentration to the muscle tissue

      No . Because the the protein in collagen is incomplete! It does not have all the 9 essential amino acids that a complete protein requires !

    You're a mother. Embrace the total joy and give up your pointless CF career. That beautiful little angel should be your sole focus. Not obsessing over useless gimmick supplements and fad foods so can dump your baby off at daycare and go to the gym and sweat and grunt doing ugly lifts
