Follow along for a full day in the life of CrossFit pro athlete, Annie Thorisdottir. Annie gave birth to baby Freyja Mist on the 10th of August 2020, 4,5 months ago.

So I have noticed you put Freya outside for her naps. I read about this once that this was done in Iceland. What's the reasoning? Just curious because we don't do that here in America. Interesting how different cultures do things. Isn't it cold? lol. I love all your content from CrossFit to baby❤️ She is beautiful! Best of luck this year!
Yes we do it all year around in Iceland, Belice they do this in Denmark, Finland and Sweden as well. They get dressed well and stay warm. Have a thermometer in the stroller as well. They just seem to sleep sooo well. Fresh air and wind sounds

My wife breast fed for 13 months, and my daughter, now 40 is still very healthy.
It is so good for babies to eat that way.
Good news, I got my 1st press to handstand. (I just don't know what I did to make it).
Bad news. I lost my V-up challenge.
Worse news. Now you got to drop whatever you're doing to find me a loop-hole so I don't have to wear a leotard in public for my penalty.
