  • I was reading some reviews about the bespoke ice maker and thought this might help someone. The ice maker drops ice from the back of the tray, it will build up and stop ice production. Moving the ice forward from the drop zone will help your ice production and you will have more when it is needed.

I have yet to hook water up to the bespoke refrigerator and use an ice cube tray to make ice in the tray where you have your scoop. Do you know how to remove that tray to clean it?
    Thanks

No, I don't have any information regarding disassembly/removal. You might check the maytag repair guy. I remember he did a video on the refrigerator.

hi and thanks for the video. when you first installed the fridge how long before it started making ice. I got my fridge installed today and 8 hours later still no ice. figured i'd get at least a cube by now. manual said between 6-12 hrs but figured id ask you. Both small and large cubes are on along with the pitcher and the dispenser. thanks in advance, Ben

When you got your fridge - do you remember how long it took for it to start producing ice?

Ours has been more than 24 hours now and still not producing! It produced few cubes and that’s about it! I was expecting it to be full by now!

I have no idea. I am amazed that there is no visible fill line at the hinge. Looks very upscale- engineering.

My ice maker has stopped working twice in a year. I’m over this over priced POS fridge.

I am sorry you have an ice maker concern. What did Samsung do to repair is the first time? It might help someone else.

Yeah, there is a test/reset button underneath each side of the ice maker (cubes and ice bites). It's such a pain to try to find that by feel. I haven't had mine that long, maybe 3 months. I've had to reset mine a couple of times. I think that sometimes, if the freezer happens to be a bit open (but not so open that the alarm sounds) and the temp goes up and then you notice and close it, then the thing just freezes over in that spot. Then you have to dig all of the ice out around the opening of the ice maker. But you have to remove everything on that upper shelf and anything on the lower section that will get in the way of you removing the shelf. Find the button and then put everything back. Really a pain. Not a great design (on top of having to physically pull the ice forward so it won't switch off prior to filling up the tray)
