Just watched another Bespoke review, his water container fix looked like a 3m Command strip on the water autofill button. Since adding that strip, he's had no issues.
That is good to know and if I continue to have issues might give it a try. I do think it just does not get pushed all the way in, so maybe that extra thickness fixes it. It happens maybe once a week, which is not a ton considering how many times we use it a day.

Man...I am throwing out a french door Samsung fridge this weekend. 5 years old, nothing but problems since day 1. Ice maker would make too much ice and it would fall behind the freezer drawer. Ice maker would stop for 6 months and magically work again. Water would pool and freeze under the large tray at the bottom of the fridge. I'd have to cut the ice out every month. The door shelves all cracked. One of the drawers broke. Nothing but issues. I really wanted one of these bespoke but I just can't trust Samsung again. I've heard issues with getting service and parts even if you bought the service plan. I have a Whirlpool coming early next week. I don't love it. I would have preferred the 4 door Samsung, but I couldn't do it. Glad yours is working.
I’m hoping the lawsuit in the recent past and the redesign resolved the issues. We just bought the 4 door flex (not bespoke just light gray SS finish) Just hooked up water to it yesterday though…

This refrigerator was the one that was supposed to be the reputation rebuilder I’m excited about it. It’s a high value for the price because everyone’s been scared.
I love mine, I write my grocery list on it and it wipes right off. Accidently used permanent marker once but wiped off with alcohol. It has worked great from the start
Thank you. I just took delivery of this same style fridge in the counter-depth option a few days ago. So far, so good. The water dispenser is a big hit with them.

Nice to see your left side door wants to close on you too. I leveled my fridge, shimmed the door and yet it still wants to slowly close on me unlike the right side door.
Thank you for your thorough review. We love the Samsung 4 door refrigerator but the one we have has a problem with the water and ice on the outside door. It kept breaking down and leaking from the icemaker. We have had it repaired several times but it keeps having the same problem. We are looking at the BeSpoke 4 door flex refrigerator like yours. We were concerned about the water and icemaker but your review convinced us to get the new one.

Turns out that the only reason my original Samsung four door lasted 10 years without any problems or repairs was that... I never hooked up the ice and water dispenser! I did, however, bite the bullet with my new Bespoke. Had a professional run a line and I'm delighted. Who knew two different ice sizes would be so handy. We go through a lot of ice so looking for a new unit now. The water is never cold … the gasket on the French doors where they meet ripped within the first few years. Last year we replaced 2 of the acrylic shelves and the digital analog lights started to go out and 4 years ago the ice maker was replaced. This one also shows horrible finger prints on the SS . I like the pull out drawers in the freezer… it’s like a cabinet and things won’t get lost
The ice is one of the big things that I loved about the Samsung BeSpoke fridge. All my friends and family that has an ice maker in the doors of a refrigerator no matter what the brand is (LG, Samsung, Whirlpool) has issues. I have never had ice issues with this BeSpoke fridge as it is in the freezer section. So when shopping for a new fridge you might check this one out while looking at all the brands. I still love mine!
We had similar issues after year 5. I stopped the water and ice, disconnected the water supply and it ran 5 more years. Now the evaporator is icing up. 2 door shelves are broken and taped. Don’t want to spend a dime more. Hence going for this bespoke

Usually ice production seems to slow whenever this happens and is a tip off to check under the drawers and mop up. Spec it is a defrost issue ir drain issue unclear where to even access in this model as haven’t seen any good videos specific to this model explaining how to gain access.
This review just convinced me and my wife to get this, we were on the fence about samsung fridges for so long but I think they have finally fixed some of the major issues.
Just ordered this fridge for my new home - cannot wait! The house I bought the fridge is a white old-school freezer on top model - looks horrible so this fridge upgrade is one of the first and most important changes I am making! Thanks for this review
I have only used it as the fridge part a few times at thanksgiving when I need the extra room. Most of the time I need the freezer space more, so that is what I keep it on 99% of the time.
Yes, you don't have to connect the water line. I would just turn off the 2 ice options and auto filling pitcher. You can do that via the app or the panel in the fridge, but once again it works without using those.
Thanks so much for this! We just got ours. Hubs watched your video before, and now we are more informed! Samsung's website is not very helpful for the questions we had, but we can refer back to your review! Appreciate ya!!
Thanks for the great video. I am considering a version of this fridge but concerned that it is hard to move for when you need to clean behind. The manual doesn’t seem to imply that there are wheels. We have wood floors in the kitchen and don’t want to scratch them! Does it have wheels, and can you move it easily? Usually with modern fridges you can raise their front feet and then easily roll them out. This one looks to be an exception. Thank you.
We use the crisper and it does fine. We don't really use the flex feature as we always need the space for frozen items. If I had a freezer in the garage I could see using the flex more often.
Can you explain to me , why my fridge Samsung bespoke 4 door makes grinding noise every hour ? I turned icemaker off , because i don't have water line connected .
Thanks for the review. Im looking at buying one, just wondering if you could fit 2 x 1 Gallon Milk Jugs in? I see everyone in the videos have small milk bottles.
It turns itself off and autofill when the bin gets low again. You never have to mess with those settings unless you want to, so not sure what that other reviewer is doing.
Thanks for the review! My main question is about the lack of handles. How do you like that in your kitchen? Was it hard to get used to, and is it awkward to open? Or after all this time is it now easy and second nature to open without handles? Thanks!
Just had my fridge delivered today. I was worried about the lack of handles, but am starting to get used to it already. The thought of not having to clean around handles helps. 🙂 I got the fingerprint resistant stainless and so far, fingerprints haven't been an issue, especially not compared to my previous fridge that seemed to get fingerprints just by looking at it...😆 I have high hopes for this Bespoke fridge!
It is second nature to us now and got use to it very quickly. I like having the clean look and it makes it super easy to clean the front. I do have to tell guest how to open it as they sometimes can't figure it out.
@@PUREreviews This is so funny. I do a formal introduction when new people come over. I pull out all my inner Vanna White as I point out the features with lots of oooohs and aaaahs. And a polite request, if they use ice (and, please do!), that they shovel the back to the front so the ice maker makes more.
@@laurencarroll3781 I miss having handles ! The fridge looks and works great but if Samsung ever comes out with handles we can add , I’ll definitely do it .
If you can live without the ice maker and the water pitch, go with the basic bespoke versions, it's funny that the most expensive ones have ridiculous discounts right now, but the basic ones are still around the original MSRP. This is because the basic options have worked perfectly, and the premium versions with all the features have reported multiple malfunctions or just returns because users don't like them.
It can hold a frozen pizza and our turkey during the holidays. I have not found a box or item that would not fit over the years...at least out of what we buy. We do use both sides and don't have any issues including when we order Omaha steak packages. But size is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to having enough room for all your stuff.
LIke the ice maker but it takes too much space where the freezer space is such a premium. Anyway to configure only 1 side to make ice, and what to do with the other side, as I see the container fits both sides
You can turn off either on of the ice makers...so pick if you like the small or larger ice and turn off the other one. Just store the bucket somewhere else and you have more room. It is a nice feature that it lets you turn off either ice maker in my opinion.
Great video, thank you for sharing. Saw this fridge yesterday and have been watching reviews to see if there are any issues. Seems like it might be a good option
Another video showed someone that had apps on the outside of the fridge door. Do you know if that is an option? I have a bespoke about the same age as yours.
They have come out with several more types of BeSpoke fridges. I think they do have one now that have a TV built into the front that has apps just like some of their other fridges with the TV/Media center.
That is a good question as UV lights around 1 year when run non stop. I looked at the manual and it does not talk about the UV deodorizing filter at all and I don't see a way to change it on your own. The website says it is a self cleaning filter, so maybe the UV only runs in bursts to make it last for several years. Either way I don't see a way to change it from what I can tell.
They have a lot and I would just suggest going to their website to see all the options. They have added more colors since I filmed this video a few years ago.
I love mine only problem is it doesn't go down below 46 degrees. Here the seal from the front left outside door was dagameged. Can't find it online even with warranty they said I have to buy it.
I’m having a lot of trouble setting up ours. The lights are not on, I can’t connect to its Wi-Fi, and I can’t set the temperature. Everything’s just blinking
No, I have not had any issues with the seals. Only issue I have is sometimes the autofill pitcher. I don't think the fridge likes my wife as typically she is the one that has issues and I have to pull it out and put it back and it will fill up....hahahaha
Hi I have a question regarding the top doors glass colour - is it white or light grey? The reason I ask is because I chose the white colour but when I received it it looks light grey. I have to call Samsung as so not satisfied
The Samsung 'white glass' has a light gray cast. If you're trying to match it to the popular 'polar white' cabinets you'll be disappointed. The darker 'gray glass' is a purer darker but soft gray, and quite lovely. I lucked out because my cabinets are polar white, but my countertops are a clouded gray with white and dark gray graining. The Samsung 'white' with contrast 'gray' is perfect. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I suggest you take a piece of pure white copy paper with you to compare the colors.
The distance is ok and some of the shelves are adjustable. You can fit a water bottle, but we always have to have a wine bottle on the one side if it is open with a cork.
I am planning to buy this replacing a 10 yr old Samsung. How loud is it? We have a similarly priced GE in the basement and makes loud high pitched sound.
You are correct, a beautiful fridge, but water pitcher no longer fills....tried everything on the Internet, fills once in awhile, thrn no water for 10 times, then overfills, ugh
Are there any latched that can break when opening the freezer and fridge? Are they magnetic or suction? Just wanting to know about the latching in doors? ty
I don't see any latches, but maybe it is hidden in the center bar that coordinates the doors closing. You have to push them shut so they seal, but I have not had any issues with the latching over the several years.
Thank you for your review, you helped me sleep good tonight, having the same problem with auto fill water pitcher and did exactly as you said in this video and its working again
Nice review ! I just took delivery of this yesterday. Love it, but what is up with the ice maker ? I waited 24 hours before making ice, and it has been running for 4 hours and I only have like 20 ice cubes. And this is with POWER FREEZE on....any suggestions ? I would hate to return it ...I love it otherwise.
I remember when they installed it I was told the ice maker takes a while as all the coolants need to settle and all the inter parts need to get cold. The ice would also not start if the freezer is not cold enough. Maybe by now it is acting normal since this is a few days later from your post. When I dump both bins to clean them every once in a while it takes a full day to fill them both back up.
Ah! I just asked this same question in another thread! Same issue. Had the fridge for a few weeks but just had a water line installed yesterday. 8 hours for a few cubes…😢. Hoping it speeds up. I may remove the ice tray lids like yours, to see if that helps…?
I just bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago, I totally love it, (it's so pretty)I've never had anything like this and was kinda scared not knowing what i really got. Thank You for this video, it put my mind at ease. 1. How to clean front glass panels? 2. Can I write on doors with dry erase matkers?
Glad it helped. For cleaning I just use glass cleaner on the glass, nothing special. It is just glass, but I am not sure I would trust using a dry erase marker on it. I would be worried about ghosting from the markers, so not sure on that question.
Try turning if on/off via the settings panel in the fridge section (right hand side) or via the app. If that does not reset it make sure you don't have any ice jammed. I bet it somehow got turned off though.
Thanks so much for your video. We just purchased this fridge (today) and we’re really looking forward to using it. Love hearing it’s worked so well for you.
Hi! Great, great review! Concerning the dimensions of the fridge. The computer panel they put on top, do you happen to know how deep it is? I read somewhere that it’s just not a “hinge” but rather a panel that goes about 8 inches deep. Thank you again for all the information! Super informative, clear and concise 😊
Glad the video was helpful. Yes, the door and the hinge panel is about 8" deep, which has wires in it. I posted the PDF to the cutsheet link that has more depetions.
Have you had any water leakage from the fridge. I have a 12 year old fridge which has started leaking. Thank you for the info. I enjoyed your video commentary.
Thank you so much for this follow up. Great timing for me. Repeating what I said on the full review: Totally with you on ice maker problems. IMHO, it’s a physics issue (freezing compartment in a warmer compartment, melting, clogs, etc). In fact, “Bens Appliances and Junk” (a channel by a repairman) goes over this as well in his viral “Appliances made to break”. So anyway, my question… the freezer: How good is it at holding pizza boxes? For example, my fav. frozen pizza, Freschetta. It’s 12”x12”x1.5”. Would that fit in there plumb/flat or would it need to be at an awkward angle (thus reducing space for other items)? 🤔 Thanks again!
If the box is 12" wide and 12" deep you can fit that on the pull out drawers so the pizza is flat. We don't do a ton of frozen pizzas, but the few we have had as not had any issues. We use the flex freezer the most and I always have various box sizes from Omaha steaks in there to that sit flat. Glad the review and follow up video helped!
@@PUREreviews You should clean it at least once a year. My current 22 year old Whirlpool’s motor burned out after 3 years because the cooling coil was clogged solidly with dust. So I then vacuumed the coil once or twice a year. I haven’t had a problem since. To clean the coils on Samsung, you remove a cover on the lower back and vacuum it. You won’t be able to get to all of it but enough to keep the motor from burning out. (I just bought a new Samsung Bespoke to replace my 22 year old Whirlpool refrigerator so I watched videos on how to clean the coils.)
Give it about 24 hours before you really start to see ice. The ice takes a while when you first start it up as everything has to cool down and also the coolant needs to settle. Big thing is the freezer has to be below 30 before it even starts making ice. For the temp that is a personal preference. I don't know what the best temp is, but my fridge is at 37 and my freezer at 0.
Hi there, what sorts of noises does yours make when running normally? Some people say theirs is virtually silent, but mine makes some peculiar noises that may or may not be normal. Hard to tell. I wish Samsung had a video of it, but they just describe the noises in their video
It is pretty quite, but maybe a slight hum when I hear the motor kick on. It is not loud enough for my camera mic to pick up a sound if that helps. You can hear the water refill the pitcher or ice falling which are both louder.
@@PUREreviews Thanks! Samsung at last confirmed it is "not normal" to have the sounds I am having. Overall we love the fridge and it's working fine, but just was confused since most people seem to say it's as silent as a fridge can be. Thanks again
How would you rate the speed of the pitcher refill? I’m looking at this fridge and their other one that only comes with the pitcher. Just not sure how quick it fills up.
I think it fills up very fast, like 30 to 45 seconds. My only issue with the pitcher is sometimes the sensor does not get triggered to auto fill so I take it out and put it back in again. My wife uses the pitcher all the time, but for just a glass of water I typically use the spicket if you will. I do use the pitcher when I fill my Yeti cup for work.
Yea, just the left door is not level. I live in a very old house with clay soil and we get a lot of movement. Sometimes it is level, but most of the time it is not.
Neil H , Do you have this model? And did you fix this problem leveling it? I want to buy it but I saw this problem in the shop and thought that is a big problem this "autoclose..."
@@miguelgarcia-filoso3680 It was leveled fine when it arrived. I live in a old 1950s house that is slab on grade and our soil is clay. So my house gets a lot of movement and when we have periods of a lot of rain or a long dry spell the slab shifts. I have noticed the door will start to auto close on me if we get a lot of rain and stay open if we have a long dry spell. So for me I am 100% sure it is my house and not a design issue. The fridge does have the ability to change the leveling, so at any point if you want. Hope that helps.
You can't speed it up, so if you are using both trays of ice faster than it can make it I am not sure what you can do. It does take a while to start making ice when first setting it up.
One reviewer said to scoop the ice from the back to the front so there is room to drop more ice. He alluded to it in this video but for the purpose of not allowing the ice to fall in back of the bin.
I bought the 4 door Bespoke with the family HUB. It flooded my house. The water filter was faulty. Samsung fixed it, but now we need to turn the water off, which is not easy to do, before replacing the water filter. We are now dealing with an insurance claim because the faulty fridge flooded my house.
I would try contacting them again because you should not have to turn your water off to change the water filter, sounds like something is still broken. I have heard horror stories with people using knock off water filters and them leaking in the middle of the night too, so I always use the brand filters...just an FYI if you are looking for water filters down the road. Sucks though and sorry that happened to you as water damage is not fun to deal with.
It was the original filter that came with the fridge. The simple act of pulling out the filter and putting it back in was what caused the leak. Unless Samsung put in their own knock off filter, it was the one the fridge came with. Both Techs said this is a common problem with this fridge. Just be careful out there the first time you change the filter or just look at it for the first time.@@PUREreviews
It has a grove handle between the gray and black parts....kind of like a car handle if you will. It does sometimes through people off on how to open it up.
OMG i totally hadnt considred that the glass finish would stop you from sticking things to it. This definitely helps with my decision making. Thanks!

Check your house water pressure. Too high issues too low issues again. This will happen with other refrigerators. Hope you find a good one.
You could probably just use temporary silicone sticky dots if you want to attach stuff to the glass like a magnet.
We have the 3-door version and are fairly happy so far. It does seem like the shelving should be more adjustable.
I have to agree with this statement. I was actually quite surprised that the shelving was essentially fixed. That said, I've managed to work with it.

Thanks! Great info. About to purchase one. Biggest thing you shared was the part about how the door opens. Thanks so much!
Glad it was helpful and I also go in more detail on the first review.
This review just convinced me and my wife to get this, we were on the fence about samsung fridges for so long but I think they have finally fixed some of the major issues.
Glad it helped.
Thank you! Just bought this and so thankful for your review!
You are so welcome!
Thank you so much for this video , very helpful , we just got bespoke appliances last week so far everything works perfect !
Glad it helped!
Just ordered this fridge for my new home - cannot wait! The house I bought the fridge is a white old-school freezer on top model - looks horrible so this fridge upgrade is one of the first and most important changes I am making! Thanks for this review
Your welcome and enjoy the new fridge!
I bet the "less nice looking" white fridge will last longer than the Samsung fridge your excited about..
Any experience with the flex freezer on the right, setting as additional fridge space?
I have only used it as the fridge part a few times at thanksgiving when I need the extra room. Most of the time I need the freezer space more, so that is what I keep it on 99% of the time.
Does the fridge work if you don’t connect to the water tap for making ice and water refilling? I’m thinking of using it without these features
Glad I could help!
Mine is 6 months old. Small cube icemaker overflows with water. Found the ice tray is cracked
I am looking at the model with and without the beverage center. Does anyone have any recommendations?
I love the beverage center, but if you don't use water from your fridge you could get rid of it.
Thank you for this review..! Will be purchasing mine this coming week..!
Thank you.
Thanks fir your video. How a b out the crisper regular and flex. Have you used them. Best settings?
We use the crisper and it does fine. We don't really use the flex feature as we always need the space for frozen items. If I had a freezer in the garage I could see using the flex more often.
Can you explain to me , why my fridge Samsung bespoke 4 door makes grinding noise every hour ? I turned icemaker off , because i don't have water line connected .
No sure, mine doesn't have a grinding noise. Sounds like it might be an issue with the motor when the cooling turns on?
Thanks for the review. Im looking at buying one, just wondering if you could fit 2 x 1 Gallon Milk Jugs in? I see everyone in the videos have small milk bottles.
We always buy a Gallon of mix, so yes you could fit that on the shelves. It would not fit in the door
This was VERY helpful, thanks. Especially the door clearance.
Glad it was helpful and thanks for watching
does the ice maker turn off itself when full? i heard another reviewer said they had to manually turn off once full? that seem like such a hassle.
It turns itself off and autofill when the bin gets low again. You never have to mess with those settings unless you want to, so not sure what that other reviewer is doing.
Still working? no repairs / issues since this video?
@@ps23421 I’m curious as well. Samsung has a horrible reputation for fridges.
That’s great to hear. Very good point about the ease of cleaning. So glad to hear it’s not hard to get used to!!
Hey there.. nice review. does the bottom door ever run across the top of your foot when you open it? (if you're standing close)
No, as the door would hit your foot once it is open more than a few inches
If you can live without the ice maker and the water pitch, go with the basic bespoke versions, it's funny that the most expensive ones have ridiculous discounts right now, but the basic ones are still around the original MSRP. This is because the basic options have worked perfectly, and the premium versions with all the features have reported multiple malfunctions or just returns because users don't like them.
Hi. Thank you for great info. Does it have a child lock
No, it does not have a child lock. Honesty I think I have only seen wine or beverage fridges with those, not large ones.
samsung bespoke series is great ? i mean u faced any repair problems till now ?.
I still love mine and I have not had to repair anything to date.
How is the freezer? Will it hold a frozen pizza? Is there enough space for meat, veg, misc?
@@PUREreviews thank you any idea if samsung offers a single replacement tray? Or some other workaround to catch the one side of ice?
@@spicyricetaco5906 I don't. You might check Samsung's website and see if they sell it as an accessory part.
Might be a good idea to write model #.
Also, would you still buy a 4 doors (over 3 doors or side by side, etc.)?
This was the first model and they have a ton of options now. I like the 4 door layout, so I think I would buy that again if I was shopping today.
Great video, thank you for sharing. Saw this fridge yesterday and have been watching reviews to see if there are any issues. Seems like it might be a good option
After several years, I still love it and would buy it again.
Great video! I have one question the UV deodorizing filter is that changeable and if so how?
That is a good question as UV lights around 1 year when run non stop. I looked at the manual and it does not talk about the UV deodorizing filter at all and I don't see a way to change it on your own. The website says it is a self cleaning filter, so maybe the UV only runs in bursts to make it last for several years. Either way I don't see a way to change it from what I can tell.
What is that color option?
They have a lot and I would just suggest going to their website to see all the options. They have added more colors since I filmed this video a few years ago.
Thank you. Could you please tell me if it has wheels? I saw a comment that it doesn’t.
Thanks!
It does!
I’m about to buy a bespoke. How is your fridge now? Still good? No issues?
Fridge is still Amazing and I still love every bit. The only issue we have every once in a while is the water pitcher which I covered in this video.
Is a manual water dispenser capable of a metered amount? Can you rest a glass there without holding it?
My old fridge did that, but this model does not. I am going to guess they didn't do that because of the auto pitcher part and it has no extra buttons
I love mine only problem is it doesn't go down below 46 degrees. Here the seal from the front left outside door was dagameged. Can't find it online even with warranty they said I have to buy it.
What are the dimensions of the opening where the refrigerator is located? My opening is 38".
In the description I list the Spec Sheet for the fridge that tells you all the recommended opening sizes.
Thanks for info as I consider a similar model.
I’m having a lot of trouble setting up ours. The lights are not on, I can’t connect to its Wi-Fi, and I can’t set the temperature. Everything’s just blinking
Have you had an issues with the seals on the fridge?
No, I have not had any issues with the seals. Only issue I have is sometimes the autofill pitcher. I don't think the fridge likes my wife as typically she is the one that has issues and I have to pull it out and put it back and it will fill up....hahahaha
Hi I have a question regarding the top doors glass colour - is it white or light grey? The reason I ask is because I chose the white colour but when I received it it looks light grey. I have to call Samsung as so not satisfied
What I have is light grey
The Samsung 'white glass' has a light gray cast. If you're trying to match it to the popular 'polar white' cabinets you'll be disappointed. The darker 'gray glass' is a purer darker but soft gray, and quite lovely. I lucked out because my cabinets are polar white, but my countertops are a clouded gray with white and dark gray graining. The Samsung 'white' with contrast 'gray' is perfect. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. I suggest you take a piece of pure white copy paper with you to compare the colors.
How do you like a distance between the shelf inside and the fridge? Is it possible to fit the water bottle under the shelf?
The distance is ok and some of the shelves are adjustable. You can fit a water bottle, but we always have to have a wine bottle on the one side if it is open with a cork.
I am planning to buy this replacing a 10 yr old Samsung. How loud is it?
We have a similarly priced GE in the basement and makes loud high pitched sound.
I don't think it is loud at all.
You are correct, a beautiful fridge, but water pitcher no longer fills....tried everything on the Internet, fills once in awhile, thrn no water for 10 times, then overfills, ugh
Hello. What color are your panels? Are they the grey glass?
The top are the grey glass and the bottom is the black metal.
@@PUREreviews Perfect! That's the combo I'm looking at too!
Does it have the high pitch ringing sound periodically throughout the day?
No I have not heard a high pitch ringing sound.
My auto refill isn’t working, I got my new frig yesterday
Thank you for your review, you helped me sleep good tonight, having the same problem with auto fill water pitcher and did exactly as you said in this video and its working again
Glad it helped
I may remove the ice tray lids like yours, to see if that helps…?
seems to take a while to make ice but it works...love the fridge! Anyone know a good replacement filter for it ? Generic ?
I just bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago, I totally love it, (it's so pretty)I've never had anything like this and was kinda scared not knowing what i really got.
Thank You for this video, it put my mind at ease.
1. How to clean front glass panels?
2. Can I write on doors with dry erase matkers?
Glad it helped. For cleaning I just use glass cleaner on the glass, nothing special. It is just glass, but I am not sure I would trust using a dry erase marker on it. I would be worried about ghosting from the markers, so not sure on that question.
Why is your ice now at the top as opposed at the bottom like in the first video?
My ice is in the bottom right door on the top shelf (freezer). It has not moved, so maybe it looked different in the framing of the video?
Has anyone found the reset button for ice bites? It says full but there is no ice.
Just got one. Very informative. Thanks
Thanks and hope you enjoy your new fridge!
I am looking at this model now and this video has been extremely helpful! Thanks so much!
Glad it was helpful!
What color are tge panels? Is the glass matte finish?
I have gray glass which has a matte finish. The bottom panels are just black metal.
Have you had any water leakage from the fridge. I have a 12 year old fridge which has started leaking. Thank you for the info. I enjoyed your video commentary.
No, I have not. I have heard people having the water filters leak when they don't use the name brand filter.
Thank you for this follow up looking at purchasing this!
You are so welcome!
Thank you for this detailed review!!!
You are so welcome!
Great review! Very informative. You are Awesome 👏👏👏
Thank you so much!
Hi do u know why mine not be staying at 38 degree it’s on the lowest but when warm in here it shoots to 55
How often do you clean the cooling coils?
I have never cleaned my cooling coils.

Hi. I just plugged in my fridge a few hours ago. How long does it take to start making ice? Also, what's the best temp for the freezer/ fridge?
Give it about 24 hours before you really start to see ice. The ice takes a while when you first start it up as everything has to cool down and also the coolant needs to settle. Big thing is the freezer has to be below 30 before it even starts making ice. For the temp that is a personal preference. I don't know what the best temp is, but my fridge is at 37 and my freezer at 0.
@@PUREreviews Thanks so much!
Add 4-6 layers of black electrical tape to the button/sensor in the door where the pitcher goes in.
Do you have to turn off the water to replace the filter?
Nope, just unscrew the old one and screw in the new one.
I love your shirt. Thanks for the review.
Thanks for watching! Got it a while back of Woot Shirts
Is the ice sealed in the freezer ?
Yes, the ice maker and ice are in the freezer. I am assuming that is what you mean my sealed.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
just installed mine
Hope you love it.
the fact that your door keeps closing on itself means it isn't level. You should level out that puppy unless you like that its "self closing" :)
@@PUREreviews I have read some reviews with this problem, Are you sure is not a bad design? I want to buy it but it would be a big problem.... Thanks!
@@PUREreviews Many thanks for your quick answer!
Hi mine doesn’t make enough ice do u know what I have to do
You can't speed it up, so if you are using both trays of ice faster than it can make it I am not sure what you can do.

Does this frig make ICE ?
Yes, that is shown in the video and the original review I did goes into details.
I don't understand the no exterior handle thing... Just looks like a giant mini fridge to me. I am sure it is nice though.
It has a grove handle between the gray and black parts....kind of like a car handle if you will. It does sometimes through people off on how to open it up.
