  • Amateur film of a Qigong festival in the late 90'ies somewhere in China. It seems it was held to celebrate the 10. anniversary celebration of a Chinese QiGong magazine.
    Chui Yen Ling and Qu Shu Quan (hardqigong masters) perform various demonstrations of Qi Power.
    Similar demonstrations by them have been shown in Hamburg Germany 1999. I've seen these guys performing with my own eyes. I can understand that people who have never whitnessed face to face such psychic phenomena think it is all a trick. But they can at least enjoy the unique background orchestra for this circus like performances.

    The banner on the stage says :congratualtions to the "Qigong newspaper" 's 10 year foundation. Second lines says: A meeting of the demonstration of Chinese Qigong. The annoucer is basically telling the life experience of the demonstrator. she mentions that he is the founder of BaoJian style( probably another type of Qi), he started learning Qi since 14, and he has performed abroad many times with national Qigong team.

    Chinese and many other people like circus. Some QiGong experts like to demonstrate in such a manner. If you think it is all fake at least you can enjoy the music.

    You are a very good observer. The elder performer died already. Another QiGong master who invited him to Germany commented that he did something wrong in his practice and he couldn't handle the energy properly he had invoked. I met both these people in person in Germany. My impression was that they had trained in a very specific way like sportsmen but I didn't felt blessed just by meeting them.

    Am not a Qigong master not yet an apprentice of a master but i do learn what is Qigong. I have my own way of controlling my chi to merge the universal element. I start at exactly 15 years old as the year i am enlightened by someone (I preferred not to mention for his Honor). THIS GUY PERFORMS AN EYE BREAKER TECHNIQUE thats all i can say about him. Good for him too bad for the real Qigong users, masters, and apprentices.

    dude just because you can't do it doesn't mean you can go around like a little 8 year old thinking everything is fake.

    I am happy that you liked it. I'll try to make a better quality upload in the future and try to dig out some footage shot in Germany.

    With Qi it is the same as with sex. You don't understand it unless you do it yourself.

    The vase feat was done in Hamburg Germany 1999too. Comment of the cameraman from German TV station who filmed the scene: The used a bimetal strap inside the vase which was affected by the heat of the lamps. I guess he would not come to such conclusions if the Qi would have been directed to him instead of directing it to the vase.

    wow I really think that this video will become quite popular soon. I love the expression on his face when he's trying to tear apart the brick. And the flower pot at the end..wow that's really going to get the sketpics talking. but wow if he did that with only qugong that's amazing. grat video man.

    That is insane. You were literally ripping stone in half!

    This sort of thing - Qigong practioners demonstrating their skills was quite common in China. You can find other TH-cam clips from other demonstrations like this. It is a bit like a circusshow but I do not understand why it is disrespectful of traditionaI martial art. I've seen both performers with my own eyes in Germany. I don't believe I've seen Illusionists at work.

    That is your truth and experience with QiGong. Mine is quite different. I dedicate my life to a practice which is also found in some QiGong schools. I enjoy it very much and I am grateful that I found it.

    I live in Germany.I am not into hard Qigong but I've some experience with Qi-energy. I am still far from being a teacher. I am student of a teacher from Bali Indonesia with the name Ratu Bagus. Best is you try to find a local Tai Chi or Kung Fu group to train with.
    There are plenty in the US.

    Are you Chinese? Would you be so kind and translate some text in the clip? What is written on the banner above the stage? What does the lady say when she anounces the demonstrators?

    what kind of actor can actually bite a bike up? and wat makes water breaks brick?Hard to believe but the fact shocks me..

  • @plaindreams
    @plaindreams  15 ปีที่แล้ว

    The bricks look indeed a bit strange not like German bricks, but they have done some stunts shown in this video in Germany too. I was there and it was filmed by German TV. Shows like this are not uncommon in China. Other performers can do that too. Best is you see and feel it yourself if you are serious about this stuff.

  • @plaindreams

    How do you know?

  • @plaindreams
    @plaindreams  15 ปีที่แล้ว

    The whole thing was more like a circus feat than an impressive encounter with a trancendental force manifesting thru a human being.
    Special Diet? I don't know if they observed a special diet. I saw them smoking.
    They were professional QiGong Artists and I assume that like "normal" circus artists they had a rigorous training shedule.
    I havn't seen all the feats in this clip with my own eyes in Germany. I don't know if any tricks are involved in this particular demonstration in China.

    I know they enjoyed the trip to Germany very much. They got some money but it was more a type of pocketmoney. I've no clue how much they get when they perform in China.

    in the start...
    the brick (or whatever it is) breaks at the excat same spot...
    (but he didnt touch that spot :O)

  • @papak67
    @papak67 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    So what, the brick is already cracked and he uses the water spray to mask his pushing the brick apart with his thumbs. People believe this stuff is real?

    • @plaindreams
      @plaindreams  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      If you havn't seen such events with your own eyes and spoken with the people involved it looks certainly like some sort of trick. The whole thing is presented in some sort of circus feat manner. It seems chinese people like it that way. Qigong and hard Qigong is part of chinese culture. The whole practice makes no sense to the rational mind but it manifests not only "paranormal" phenomena but can heal the practitioner or sick people.

    Very well done!
    I'd really like to see what trick he uses. Can be a vast range of tricks, or even combinations thereof.
    But still... nicely done!
    BTW: fun to hear "Like a Virgin" from Madonna in the background, there in China. If you listen well, you'll notice it is true. It's Madonna, played with Chinese instruments.
    From second twenty, you can sing along... "I made it through the wilderness... somehow I made it throoohohooough." and so on.
