Thank you. I really needed this. The rusty screws you mentioned holding the GIANT bulb to the retainer confused me.
Along with not having to change that MONSTER bulb in years, me getting older but not mechanically wiser (lol), I yanked
the bucket out......after prayer, meditation, snacks, coffee, oily greasy hands, black marks all over the place, I found your
tutorial. I know there is hope and where that rusty spring goes, etc. Gracias from the rainy and rusty NW.

How did you get the black part on the adjuster screw to spread out like that? The original ones I had on my headlights were dry rotted and broken so I replaced them but the new ones never spread out like the ones you have in your video.

Congratulations, Great video explaining how to fix it, my 85 s10 has the copilot headlight loose, I will try to fix it, any advice? I found in autozone the adjustment screws, so will get them and try to fix it, the thing is that the spring is gone and have no idea what kind of replacement can be used, Thanks anyway, and keep going with those videos!

Moises Santa Ana I recently replaced all my headlight components new from LMC Truck. Didn’t want to fool around with 35 year old plastic

@@full_metal_jesuscep1953 thank you for your advice! Got my lights aligned and working again. The spring was still there hanging so I just have changed with the screws which by the way also broke one of the tabs but managed to install it, and everything was easy thanks to your previous advice!

Been a year or more but I’ll tell you my experience.
      I have 95 s10, I also had running lights, no low/high beam.
For me it was a wiring issue. Whenever owned it previously tried to splice the pigtail for the headlight switch, they didn’t do that good, I re did it, and they work. Mine was luckily simple, mine was right there at the switch so I didn’t have to go digging through the dash for a burnt wire, thankfully. I hope you still don’t have that problem lol but if do hope this helps
