2 Egg whites

2 Tablespoon Flour
2 Tablespoon Chicken fry mix seasoning
Pinch of Baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
1 KG Chicken Strips
1 whole garlic
5 spring onions
1 Green Pepper
1 Red pepper
To make the sauce
4 Tablespoon Paprika paste
2 Tablespoon Ketchup
2 Tablespoon Chilli and Garlic sauce
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon Cumin Powder
Half a Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Chicken powder
125ml orange juice
1 Teaspoon Brown sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli
1 Teaspoon Honey
For the rice
3 cups rice
5 spring onions
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
Mix vegetables
Splash of Soy sauce
